Chapter 9: Everything set

           Pixal limped back into the Monastery's secret underground base and collapsed when she got in. Wu, who had been waiting for her return had noticed her and immediately ran up to her and helped her up, "Pixal! Are you okay?! Your arm is gone! Where's your mech?! What happened??" he asked frantically and examined the damage done to her body.

"Wu... I'm afraid there's a really big threat in the city.. Remember that dark power I detected a few days ago?? Well.. some kids got a hold of it.. And I'm afraid they are going to use it to take over the city.." she responded weakly, "The power is contained in these purple crystals.. They used it to destroy my mech and one of them ripped my arm off..." she looked at the place her arm used to be, nothing but bits of metal and wire remained.

She began to tear up, "I'm sorry I let myself get beat up by a group of savage children, it's pathetic. I have failed at my job of protecting the city- like how I failed to protect Zane-" she sobbed, "Things have been so stressful for me as of lately, I'm sorry Wu.."

Wu felt bad for her and sighed, "And I'm sorry too, most of this is my fault.. If only me and Aspheera never met.." he looked at the place her arm used to be, "Who's going to repair you? You're in no condition to fix yourself."

Pixal thought about it; The ninja were in the Never realm..so there was one other person she could think of who could fix her, "Call my Father.."

And with that Wu got up and called Cyrus Borg to come over...

Y/n felt distraught..How the hell did part of her hair turn black?! It couldn't have been the power from the crystal..right?

And how her friends looked at her last night! Minnie and Penny...looked scared..Alon and Nick..were shocked...Cassie seemed disappointed..and Valerie..she was obviously disgusted by Y/n's actions! Well..they weren't really Y/n's actions..they were..Ⱨł₴ ₳₵₮łØ₦₴...₮₣₲ɎⱧ₵ĐɄłJ₣₲V₵Đ₩ⱧJ₭-

Y/n knew that wasn't her! She would never kill anyone! That would go against everything she has been working for! She wants Ninjago to be safer!

But.. how would she do it without the power of the crystal..? She sat on her bed in deep thought. She would continue to use the power of the Chaos Crystal..just not to an extent...

She got up and looked at her calendar and then realized something! It was her 13th birthday! She had been so busy trying to take over the city she had forgotten! She smiled at first but then frowned. There were two reasons for this: One, nobody would probably want to celebrate after what she did last night..and two, this would be her first birthday where her Father isn't present...

She sighed and left her room and went off to the kitchen for breakfast. When she entered, it was dark and she searched for the light and switched it on.." SURPRISE!" all her friends shouted.

Y/n screamed and fell to her knees in shock, "W-what? You guys..how???"

There was a cake with 13 candles, balloons and presents and decorations that we f/c. Everyone smiled and began to laugh, "Did you really think we would forget our leader's birthday??" Penny laughed, she had Winston beside her, he was wearing a party hat and had a party blower in his mouth.

"Leader..? Huh?Guys..thank you so much! But.. I don't deserve this.." Y/n exclaimed but then sighed and looked to the ground.

"But you do! You've done so much for us!" Valerie stated, going up to Y/n and taking a hold of her hands.
