Healing Lights

-Chapter 5-

I returned to the barn the next day. Pin speaking to Mia at the entrance
''Camping out tonight?'' Jade asked. I zoned out while making Sadie's feed. '' Everlee'' 
Zoe said '' Ev?'' Becky looked confused '' I got this'' Valerie laughed. Soon a young child flew at me.
''VALERIE!'' I yelled shaking my leg as she clung to my ankles. '' You Zoned out again. ALSO YOUR BOYFRIENDS IGNORING ME?!'' Valerie yelled. '' My Boyfriend? WHO?! Ohhhhhh Pin. We are........ uhm Not on speaking terms I guess'' I said. '' Now Get off me and we can get you on Sadie'' I smiled. Glaring at Pin. Obvi. 

I tacked up the mare and lead her in Marcus kindly offering to help. Pin ignoring me and Marcus cause my name was said. '' Im talking this over with Pin. You can work with Valerie'' I smiled at Marcus. '' Pin Ignore me and I swear to god. What is up with you?'' I asked cutting his way off ''Nothing.'' Pin said coldly. '' Pin! I swear to god. explain!'' I demanded ''Fine. Mayla messaged'' Pin said. '' AND?! Mayla the 15 year old. MY COUSIN? What are you dating her. if so thats creepy. buddy your 18...'' I mocked. '' No. she said -'' Pin was cut off by an irritating voice. '' PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYYYYYYYYY'' Mia Yelled. '' AHHH! oh. Its you.'' I mocked '' Thought it was Satan'' I laughed. Pin nudged me away so I nudged him back. '' If you dont mind Mia I have to talk with Pin.'' I said to Mia. She left  with an eye roll. ''What did Mayla   say?'' I asked. '' That you hate me.'' He said coldly. ''Oh so we're playing that game? Dont worry Pin I dont hate you but I will and Would prefer if you would stop talking to Mia as much'' I said simply. '' So I cant talk to Mia now? '' Pin said trying to start an argument. '' I didn't say that Pin. Stop Twisting my words. What changed Pin. I took a break from going to the yard for a few days for my own mental health. and now you hate me and Like Mia?'' I gave him a sarcastic smile. '' Wow... Someone worked something out!'' Pin gave me a sarcastic smile in return.

After 3 and a half hours of agrueing we settled it by explaining our side of the story. Pin thought I left the barn and didnt care to come back like I did for 2 months careless of his feelings. Which is partly my fault for leaving with no context. I simply explained that I left for my mental  health cause the yard was stressing me out. Me and Pin went for a ride when Mia decided to start a Rivalry with me before I left ''I hope your horse gets Stolen. Pin is MINE'' Mia smirked while I did up Sadie's girth. '' PINERSONS! GET OVER HERE'' I yelled He walked in with a playful eye roll. ''Hang on..'' I walked around him with a laugh '' Nope.. Mia you are wrong. Your name isn't on Pin. Pin isn't yours's. Sorry Hun'' I smiled putting Sadie's bridle on. '' I would ask you to join us cause this is mildly amusing me but you aint got a horse and Im not having you do doubles with me''  I smiled as she gave me a dirty look. '' I'll go with Pin'' She smiled. I gave her a shocked look '' You can ride Sadie. I'll Go with Pin. Deal? keep your reins short dont kick use verbal commands otherwise she'll throw you'' I smiled as I ran over to Elvis ''What are you doing'' pin asked as I tried mounting but fell backwards. ''Princess No'' He laughed as I covered my face for a minute '' Never been called that by you'' I Smiled. Mia decided to leave as it was like 8pm '' EVERLEE! '' Zoe yelled angrily ''We are camping out now stop flirting!''
''NO!'' I yelled wrestling Zoe and running back Zoe laughing as I climbed Elvis Pin still laughing. '' Pin can you untack the horses. Zoe is gonna kill me if I dont leave now'' I laughed Pin Pushing me off Elvis and I decided to be a Pain in his ass and remount. Pin dismounted Elvis and grabbed me by my waist and took me down and brought me to the girls me kicking him and clinging to him as Zoe and Becky and Jade joining in to pry me off '' NOOOOOOO PINNY!'' I laughed as he ran the girls laughing as I chased him and clung to he's ankles.'' You are being a pain in my ass Princess'' He laughed learning I like the nickname '' stop it Pinny'' I laughed. He eventually left offering me food so I stayed there. we were sitting there eating and doing Dares when my phone rang. 

I pulled it out my pocket Zoe snatching it and putting it on Speaker. '' ZOE GIMME MY PHONE BACK!''I snapped taking it and taking it off speaker 

Pin> How you coping Princess 
Me> You LEFT me 
Pin> I am giving you a full supply of food though
Me> But... HMPH 
Pin> Princess. Dont get upset if it wasnt for me you would be dealing with Mia right now
Me> So? 

Zoe ran over took my phone and put it on speaker '' I dare you to keep talking to your Boyfriend on speaker'' Zoe laughed '' Pin isnt my Boyfriend'' I said muting it.

Pin> Zoe is using a dare against you Huh? 
Me> MEANY
 Pin> Well I gotta go Princess call me if you need more food. 
Me> Noooooooooo 
I laughed as he hung up. ''Did he call you PRINCESS? AHhhh they are in LOVE'' Becky squealed. '' Its JUST a nickname. Me and Pin arnt a thing. Plus we have been friends for around 11 years we have had our fair share of stupid partly romantic nicknames '' I laughed .
The sound of Hooves filled the air. We snuck down and caught Zoe's mother. Zoe got a small lecture before someone was yelling and Raven and Sadie were being loaded up. Me and Zoe ran hoping fences and wrestling the men to keep them away from our horses. We were both flung half way across the felid before they left..I passed out the sound of Zoe snatching my phone and dialling Pin was the last thing I heard. Pin was talking to people and Zoe was yelling. Not a pleasant way to wake up. my arm's hurt and my head hurt. Zoe shook me and Pin told her off. 
It was still dark but Zoe's Mother's phone light was in my eyes. I mumbled something and Pin shooed the phone away ''Where's Sadie'' I mumbled sitting up Pin watching me closely.
''In a stall with no name plate on it. Raven got taken'' Zoe sighed. ''WHAT!'' I yelled trying to stand up. My body screaming in pain as I tried. ''Hey hey hey.. Princess. Not yet. ''Pin said comfortingly. I smiled at him suprised at his cold front not being up. I flopped back leaning on him. Sam arrived cause Zoe called all my emergency contacts. Pin, Mayla, Sam, Zara. Only Pin and Sam answered.
''What were you doing girls! Incredibly immature''  Sam yelled. I pressured myself to not pass out again. I felt insanely lightheaded. I hadnt had a drink for hours. '' Now LOOK! EVERLEE YOU PASSED OUT! AND YOUR HORSE IS GONE'' Sam yelled '' PLEASE STOP! YOUR STRESSING ME OUT'' I yelled scared of the lecture coming after. That's what happens right. '' Fine'' She snapped. Rain started bucketing down. Pin took off his jumper. and covered me. Sam locked the actual warm and sheltered places. Zara marched in giving me a worried look my parents behind her. '' Everlee Grace Adams! Why the F*ck are you out here. In the rain with a boy I have met ONCE and disapprove of. AT THE BARN! '' My Mother yelled. '' I realise that. I am deeply sorry for not giving a shit about your rules and Im dating or being friends with whoever I want to'' I smiled not worried about consequences. Sam started piecing things together. the fears and clinginess. It finally made sense. I looked at my dad. Drunk as. He tried to Grab Pin. So i stood up and Pushed him backwards '' touch him I end you both.'' I smiled innocently. 

Zara mouthed a sorry under her breathe. While a screaming match began. '' YOU SHOULDNT BE AT THE BARN! WITH A BOY IN  THE RAIN!'' My Mother yelled threatening to Hit me . 
''Touch me I will end you'' I smiled innocently once again '' You have gotten too confident young lady'' She yelled taking Pin's jumper. I grabbed dad's beer and threw the bottle at her. pure instincts. '' AH! EVERLEE!  ADAMS!  '' She yelled my Dad backing me towards the fence. I stepped around him and ran to his truck snatching glass bottles. and Threw one at him and my mother till she dropped the jumper '' WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT TOUCHING MY THINGS!'' I yelled Pin pushing everyone back away from them.  They smashed a glass bottle on my head and I laughed as they left. Pin ran over ''They are pretty powerless unless you give them power''  I smiled
