Fluttering Hearts Unveiled

Chapter 1

"Kocho-sama" a squeaky small voice peeped into the master of the Butterfly Mansion's study. 

"Yes Kiyo?" a soft voice coming from Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira

"Something happened....." Sumi peeped in along with Naho who looked tramatized

Shinobu jumped up and landed in front of the triplets "What happened, dearlings?"

Naho looked as if she were about to cry "one of the Hashira visited" Naho said, adding emphasis on visited

"When?" 'That isn't a bad thing, is it?' "And who visited?" she raised a brow 

"Sound Pillar-sama" Sumi replied

"Girls! I told you to not tell Nee-san about Uzui's visit!" Aoi scolded

"And what don't you want to tell me?" Shinobu asked

Aoi sighed while Kanao hid behind her older sister "I suppose I should tell you. When Uzui-san took Zenitsu-san, Tanjiro-kun and Inosuke to the red light district.... they weren't the first people he decided to take......"

Shinobu caught on immediately "Did he try to take one of you?!" she was alarmed, she knew Uzui had no respect for little girls or children in general

Kanao spoke up "He tried to take Aoi-nee and Naho-chan"

"Naho-chan isn't a member of the corps though"

Naho yelled this time "WHEN HE FIGURED THAT OUT HE TOSSED ME FROM THE ROOF"

Authors note: I believe Aoi is older than Kanao since she was at Muichiro's final selection 

"I see" she smiled with murder in her mind "I'll be visiting the ex-Hashira later today, did he do anything to Aoi?"

"He kind of slapped her ass" Zenitsu poked inside

"ZENITSU, YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO TELL HER THAT!" Aoi scolded him

Authors note: To all the people saying "He was disciplining her" It's still weird that he would do that to someone he doesn't even know. And you have no excuse for him throwing Naho from the roof

"He did what?" Shinobu said at the same time as a voice no one knew was there

They all turned around to see another pillar standing there with murder in his eyes "Kocho, I'll be visiting Uzui, you don't need to" Giyuu said

"Sensei, that really isn't necessary" Aoi urged, waving her hands in front of her "And when did you even get here?"

"Aoi, why didn't you want to tell me this?" Shinobu said creepily

"We'd have one less Hashira if she did. Now that he's an ex-Hashira you can go ahead" Zenitsu said

'He's really good at saying what needs to be said' Giyuu thought about Zenitsu

"Tomioka-san, you must have Hashira work to attend to, I'll be visiting Uzui" Shinobu said

"I'm Aoi's Sensei" he reminded her

"I'm her sister and Naho's sister as well" They tried to push past each other aside, Shinobu sighed "Alright, you can go. It reassures me knowing the matter is in good hands" she clasped his hands

Giyuu blinked and walked outside the door in an instant.

Aoi was busy scolding Zenitsu for poking his nose in places where he wasn't needed and Kanao walked up to Shinobu "Nee-san, do you trust that man to have a talking with Uzui?"

"Tomioka is one of the most dependable Hashira, unless it's about himself that is. You don't really think he'll let someone touch Aoi, do you?"

"No, but it's unusual for you to not be furious with this...."

Shinobu chuckled "I won't be forgiving him too easily, but why would I be furious? Tomioka's already doing all the work. Although I wish he had let me go instead" she said

Kanao nodded and walked off. Shinobu watched her as the feeling of anger settled in her veins.

Shinobu then was finishing with a Hashira's health "Mui, try and drink this. I made it especially for you, it'll help with your memory."

"Kocho-nee, are you sure?" Muichiro asked

Shinobu nodded

He drank it quietly and stood up, bandaging on his legs and arms, a demon almost took his limbs off earlier that day. Shinobu helped him stand and he lightly hugged her, he saw Shinobu like a sister, and she spent plenty of time with him as well.

Shinobu almost started crying at the cute boy's gestures, but when he let go he raised an eyebrow "Why is the monkey back?"

"Monkey?" Shinobu asked, she saw a golden chain lying on the floor and walked over to it.

She picked it up and walked over to the hall and saw an utterly beautiful sight, Muichiro follwed her.

Giyuu was holding Uzui in a chokehold as Aoi and Naho stood there, Shinobu chuckled.

"Apologize" Giyuu said dangerously, he was always jaded, but this time he seemed like a cold-hearted warlord cornering his enemy

"Sorry for trying to kidnap you" Uzui muttered in a choked, squirmy voice

"I didn't hear you~" shinobu said with a murderous smile

"I'm sorry for trying to kidnap you"

"Come again?"

Authors note: This, in no way is promoting Uzui hate. I just loved this idea and he's one of the coolest Hashira ever

"Giyuu, let me go dammit" he said

Giyuu dropped him on the ground 

"I'm sorry for trying to kidnap you two" he bowed down

"Good~" Shinobu said creepily

The triplets looked at each other, Naho spoke "We forgive you!"

"Am I free?" he turned to Giyuu and Shinobu

"Are you implying that you didn't mean it?" Giyuu said scarily

"N-No of course not, sir" Uzui said

Aoi swiftly turned around and left "It's fine, just don't touch the girls again" she said before leaving

"You're free for now" Giyuu said

The sound Hashira could not have left the Buttefly Mansion faster, he clearly never felt like visiting again

Shinobu walked over to Giyuu "I didn't know you could be so scary?~ you almost made me shiver? " Shinobu teased

"You know I care for Aoi more than I do about myself...." Giyuu seemed to care for certain children a lot, Tanjiro and Aoi being his top priorities "And you care for your sisters more than you do for yourself too, we both know that"

she chuckled "You don't know to what extent" she whispered

"Hm?"

"Oh, nothing. Why did you come here to begin with? I don't think you came to eavsedrop."

"I came to see Aoi and Tanjiro . . . . and you"

"Well you've seen me and Aoi, why don't you go greet Tanjiro, I have.... business to attend to"

Giyuu nodded and walked out and into the patient room to see the boys
