0700 hours Earth Standard Time

As the screen opened just above Mars focusing on the Yamato sizzling happily in Spacedock the episode title appears in bold blue in the corner of the screen.

'Pakled ridden Shakedown Cruise'

Andy: "Captain's Log, Stardate....shit," he cussed, tapping on his comm badge which also acted as a recorder, the screen suddenly cutting to him in the bridge, "what's the Stardate?"

Yamato: "I...believe it's 57693.5 sir." she replied from the speakers.

Andy: "Right, thanks Yamy." he said, tapping his comm badge for a take 2 at a Captain's Log, "Captain's Log, Stardate 57693.5, it's been 2 days since the evacuation of Remnant, the Yamato has undergone a refit in the Utopia Planitia Shipyards just over Mars. The citizens of Remnant have settled into temporary establishments on Earth and Mars while Starfleet and the Federation work on getting Remnant back from an old friend turned Dictator. The refit has been relatively drastic however, thus a group of Federation Officers shall board the ship for a shakedown cruise and to see what she can do, if all goes to plan, then we shall be cleared to a Federation Fleet heading to Remnant for a battle. Just praying that the boys on Mars didn't mess with the hull too much...end log."

Andy sighed, slumping into his seat as he mentally prepared himself to deal with however many Admirals the fleet sent at him while reading the refit reports. 2 dual Phaser Banks had been fitted on Yamato' keel just in front of the ventral VLS Tubes. She had also been cosmetically altered to tie her further into the fleet which consisted of adding her NX Registry number and her name printed in bold, shiny black with red lining just above the bridge with Starfleet pin striping on her Port and Starboard sides which marked the Yamato as a Federation Starship. For further armament the fore and aft launch tubes had also been reconfigured to be able to fire Photon Torpedoes while another pair of launchers was fitted to the neck-like section connected to the third bridge hanging off the keel, said launchers were specifically designed to use the more powerful Quantum Torpedoes. Her hull had also been fitted with tractor beams in between the pair of sub-nozzles and the elevators and bridge also had the double purpose of being transporters.

A little later, roughly 10 Earth minutes Andy stood at attention with the squadron pilots lining the hallways as 2 Starfleet Admirals, a Starfleet Captain, and a Counselor boarded in the Starboard Shuttle Bay aboard the Titan's Captain's Yacht. The Filipino Captain was now wearing Starfleet Command Red with the pips on his collar showing that he was a Captain. When the Captain's Yacht docked properly, the doors opened to reveal Admiral Janeway, Admiral Picard, Captain William T Riker, and Counselor Troi.

Andy: "Greetings, welcome aboard the Yamato." he greeted, "I am Captain Andy Yan."

Admiral Janeway: "Pleasure to make your acquaintance Young Man." she greeted, politely extending a handshake.

Andy: "It's a pleasure to meet you too Admiral." he nodded, taking the handshake.

Capt. Riker: "Jeez, are they getting younger or am I getting older?" he joked to Picard.

Admiral Picard: "I believe we are just getting old my friend." he chuckled.

Andy: "So, would you like a tour before we take her out?" he offered.
