The camera slowly floats down, focusing on the Yamato as it rests in its berth in New York as a familiar text showed up in the corner of the shot to display the episode title. 

Battle for Earth number....I don't know

Andy: "Captain's Log, Supplemental; the Yamato has docked in New York Harbor to take advantage of the Admirals giving us a shore leave. Apparently in a few days they shall launch a preemptive strike on Alexio's Fleet, the battle my ship's commissioning ceremony will prelude shall be the final push to retake Remnant and Starfleet shall have multiple engagements with our main foe throughout the Yamato's shakedown and trial period." he reported, "With time, I will hopefully be enjoying a nice walk through a Remnatian Park under the shattered moon alongside one of my girlfriends, end log." 

As Andy's comm badge beeped, having stored the log in a database, Alex finally finished fiddling with Yamato's Personal Holoemitter and got it working properly. While the Beacon Apartments had been equipped with holoemitters, the group was considering having a night out so fitting the personal holoemitter now felt like a good call.

Alex: "There!" he yelled, "Finally!" 

Yamato: "You got it working?" she asked, excitedly appearing on bridge. 

Alex: "Yup, stupid thing was a pain in the ass to work with but I got the damn thing working." he replied, wiping the sweat from his brow. 

Andy: "Great to hear, let's beam down to the others, I'm sure they're wondering where the hell we are." he said, now wearing casual clothes, turning to his side, "Ready Rubes? Em?" 

Emerald: "Ready to party sir." she smiled, now in similarly casual clothes. 

Ruby: "Mhm, ready Senpai.~" she giggled, cuddling into Andy's side, in slightly more revealing casual clothes. 

Yang: "I'm still surprised she asked me to help her print that using the replicators..." she said, staying near Alex slightly shocked at her sister. 

Alex: "I was too when I found out the first time round the timeline." he nodded.

Emerald: "Are we sure that the guys in the apartment aren't going to dogpile on Alex and fucking murder him?" she asked. 

Andy: "They held their shit back when they found out who Salem was, I'm sure they can keep themselves composed for Alex." he replied. 

Ruby: "Um...senpai, I don't think you can compare those 2 since...well..." she trailed off. 

Yang: "Salem didn't force us off our planet at full speed and force us to stay off world for possibly 2 months." she finished for Ruby. 

Ruby: "Yeah, that." she agreed. 

Andy: "True, but at the same time, it wasn't exactly him doing it so I doubt the others are going to start beating his ass just like that." he said, shrugging off their concerns. 

Emerald: "If you say so sir." she said, unsurely. 

Yamato: "Energizing transporters." she sighed, tired of the conversation. 

With a shimmer of light the group disappear from the bridge and reappear in the affectionately nicknamed Beacon Apartments common space. In said space, a few tables of food had been set up and the members of Team CFVY, RWBY, JNPR, and SSSN were waiting for them....with Torchwick and Neo in the corner struggling to eat some steak without their hands.
