The doctor recommended Gauri accompany Siddharat, explaining it could aid in his memory recovery. Mahima and Piyush hesitated, knowing the complications this would cause between Gauri and Garv, but their concern for Siddharat's health prevailed, and they reluctantly agreed to take Gauri with them for Siddharat's well-being.
