"HEY, OMI!" Kym walked up to the girl who was leaning on a pillar, hugging her. "Oh my gosh, finally! I've been waiting for like- 10 minutes!" Naomi exclaimed, hugging her bestfriend back. "Yea, sorry- We got into some traffic." Kym responded, standing across from Naomi while they waited for Megan and Anya to get there.
"Hey, guys." Andy walked up to the group, hugging Kym and Naomi before standing next to Naomi and putting his arm around her shoulders. "Fuck you doin, dickhead?" The girl asked, turning her head to make eye contact with Andy. "You didn't move my arm though," He smiled at her, making Naomi roll her eyes and turn her head back to Kym.
Kym watched the whole interaction and was giggling when Naomi turned back around, "You guys would make a cute couple!" She said, making Andy smile and Naomi furrow her eyebrows. "Yea, okay.." She muttered, rolling her eyes again.
Naomi walked inside the classroom, Andys arm still around her. "Wanna sit next to me?" The boy asked, earning a nod in response from Naomi.
Andy walked over to Stacy, asking her about her head. Naomi wasn't paying attention to their conversation until Andy said he barfed because of a concussion. "Did you barf?" He asked Stacy, making the girl look a bit weirded out.
"Dude, no one wants to hear that.." Naomi cut in, hitting Andy on the chest. "Excuse him, he doesn't know shit about social cues." The girl told to Stacy, who giggled. "I know a ton about social cues!" Andy retorted, making Naomi nod her head. "I bet you do." She muttered, holding up a hand sign that she made act like it was talking. "All he does is talk, talk, talk." She told Stacy, making Andy huff and go to his seat.
"Alright, Shabbot Shalom!" "Shabbot Shalom." "Hows everyone feeling? We havin the time of out lives right now?" Rabbi Rebbeca asked. "You guys start your Mitzvah projects yet?" She continued. Naomi sighed and started to tune out whatever she was saying, putting her head on her desk. "No? Its the most important part of this whole thing!" Rabbi Rebbeca started, "It's when you do something menschie for your community.."
"All she does is yap." Andy whispered to Naomi who let out a giggle. "I'm guessing you havent started yours yet?" She asked, turning her head to face Andy. The boys mouth slightly fell open and he looked like he was thinking up some lie. "Maybe I did, Maybe I didn't." He finally answered, making Naomi nod her head. "You didn't start anything." "Nope." The girl giggled again and turned back to face Rabbi Rebbeca. "Just don't wait till the last minute to do it. I remember Chris did his mitzvah project at the last minute and he was so stressed trying to figure out what to do."
"You a snake, Aaron?" Naomi finally payed attention to Rabbi Rebbeca who was talking to the boy trying to sneak on his phone. "N-no.." He replied, slightly startled. "You ever pull something like that Aaron? Cheat on your wife?" Aaron looked around the classroom before answering again. "M-me..?"
"Dude, I'm messing around with you, relax!" Rabbi Rebbeca playfully hit the boys arm, "You're sweating, my goodness! You're not a snake Aaron, You're awesome. Look at that mousetache and arm hair comin in strong- Baruch HaShem, Aaron. Let's go!" Rabbi Rebbeca dapped up, hugged and gave Aaron a fist bump, making the class giggle.
