"You smell divine" Seojoon's whisper was seductive as he nosed against Taehyung's scent gland.
Taehyung whimpered, trying to struggle against Seojoon but to no avail. The alpha had cornered him against the wall, his nose caressing Taehyung's scent gland.
"It's bad luck to mark your mate before marriage" Taehyung whispered. "...to leave a mark on an omega"
"Your parents clearly didn't think so" Taehyung could feel Seojoon's grin against his skin.
"I don't want this, Seojoon" Taehyung whined. "H-How could you do this when I clearly don't want it?"
"You're my mate, Taehyung" Seojoin whispered, drawing away from Taehyung. "We are to be married. I'm only trying to mark you mine till the wedding so no other alpha would even look your way. Consider it as doing you a favour. No alpha would bother you again"
"I have an alpha and it's not you!" Taehyung struggled against Seojoon, trying to push him away. "If I want a mark, I will get it from him!"
Seojoon's hands tightened against Taehyung's wrists. "He's not your alpha. I am. I have been your alpha since the day you presented"
"Against my free will! I never wanted to marry you! It was my parents who agreed to the marriage, not me!"
Seojoon chuckled. "I have every right to mark you, omega. You're mine"
Seojoon pressed his lips against Taehyung's scent gland and the omega felt his whole body go numb. He gasped as Seojoon licked a stripe across the scent gland and Taehyyung couldn't do anything with Seojoon's pheromones making him immobile. His wolf was submitting unconsciously to Seojoon.
"Please" Taehyung whispered. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad. This is what his parents wanted, after all. His parents wanted Seojoon to mate with Taehyung. Besides, this wouldn't be a permanent mark, since it's outside his heat. It would be a mere bite mark that can be covered easily. It meant nothing.
However, an alpha other than Jeongguk sinking his canines in him felt like a violation. It felt as if Taehyung was cheating on Jeongguk, the love of his life. As Seojoon's lips grazed against his skin and he inhaled Taehyung's scent, dread slowly filled Taehyung to the brim.
He felt Seojoon's teeth graze against his skin and Taehyung closed his eyes, unable to move a muscle to push the alpha away from biting him. However, the bite never came. Taehyung's eyes fluttered open after seconds, only to see Seojoon frozen against his neck. His pheromones no longer seemed to engulf Taehyung either.
Taking advantage of the situation, Taehyung pushed Seojoon away from him with all his strength. The alpha stumbled back on the bed, eyes wide with surprise. However, something told Taehyung that his push wasn't the reason for Seojoon's expression.
