ULTRAKILL: How was V1 created?

Made V1 the way they made it to be.
But why?

Well. I might as well start.

[Meanwhile at the ULTRATECH Company]

A man interrupts a meeting with a wonderful breakthrough. "Sir... I think I made the perfect killing machine..." He said. The CEO has his interests perked up and then walked over to the scientist, the interuptee. "Well. Tell me the news my dear, lad..." The CEO said. He gave him a USB Flash Drive, and the room went silent and were later seen with unique blueprint. A much thinner, humanoid robot. Powered by blood, with it's incredible unique capability of fixing itself on a fly, with a drop of blood. The details considering, despite the plating being very thin, it doesn't really matter since it witstood amazing durability tests and stress tests. The wings, despite it glowing, it provides this machine with the ability to move in the air. It's legs, arms and body, with special mechanisms to make the machine glide through the air and ground, the aerodynamics of it. The internals of it's components, although very complex. It seems to be extremely rewarding. And thanks to it's thin plating, the internal components can also be repaired with blood. Those were the many pros of the machine. But these are the cons. Due to it's complex machining, they made it's processing unit, uses older technology, hence the very old pixelated camera view. It has the state of the art, security system to be invulnerable to be hijacked or disabled mid-combat. As the entire meeting came to a halt as they all read the blueprints, taking closer looks at the components. The scientists that are within the room, stood up from the table and began to leave with mixed thoughts. The CEO decided to have a one on one conversation with him.

Dr. [■■■]: "Y-Yes! This shall prove useful in the... War... All machines we've been fighting are bigger, stronger and badder machines... W-We needed something... More unique... A small machine, capable of... Destroying armies-"
CEO: "So. You want a team on this machine to be made?"
Dr.[■■■]: "Yes... The V Model machines will provide us an excellent advantage in the battlefield."
CEO: "...Look. I'll consider it... I'll give you a small team of talented people. But you'll get a limited budget onto this. Understand?"
Dr.[■■■]: "I won't fail sir."
