Chapter 11

"I'm attached to you!"

Donghyuck blinks few times. Yuta even face palm while Jeno looks around trying to hide his face. Mark stood frozen, rethinking his life decision.

"That's a new way to say I like you." Donghyuck blushed, pinching his lips together.

"Well..." Mark swallowed.

"Then I'm attached to you too." Donghyuck locked his gaze with Mark.

"What's so scary about that?" Donghyuck continued giving out small giggles, thinking Mark was just being shy.

Mark faint a smile, he wanted to tell him the truth, but he simply can't – not right now.

Donghyuck's heart was beating loudly as if Mark could've heard it. Mark had just confessed to him. Mark then leaned closer to him, tilted his head to the side and peck on Donghyuck red cheeks.

It sends butterflies to both, and pulses were racing. Donghyuck got sudden hiccup which made them let out small giggles.

'Sorry to break it down to you, but let's go.'

Jeno raised his eyebrow as Mark turned to look at him, he bops his head to the side telling him they should get going.

"I'll wait here until you get inside." Mark softly pushes Donghyuck back to ensure he's onto his feet.

Donghyuck then waved one last time and skipped his way in. Once Donghyuck was out of sight, the three of them immediately dashed their way to their apartment.

"I thought you were going to tell him." Jeno asked.

"Not now, wrong timing..." Mark said.

"You pussy." Yuta teased.

"Shut up!" Mark groaned, pushing Yuta to the side while at it.

Donghyuck entered his apartment, he falls to his back once the door was closed. He hugged on his knees, feeling the flushing excitement he had just now.

"Attached... attached... Mark Lee... stupid Mark Lee." Donghyuck put on a sheepish smile.

Donghyuck placed his hand at his pecked cheeks. The coldness of Mark's lips can still be felt. He rubs it gently; he got smitten written all over his face.

He couldn't wait to tell Karina and Renjun tomorrow. He laid on his bed, sighed. How it felt like Mark was controlling his mind, now he is definitely controlling his heart.

He later falls asleep with a smile on his face.

A silhouette can be seen standing outside of his window apartment. The part of the eyes appears red. It gave Donghyuck a good stare until it disappeared.

Jeno and Yuta reached Mark because Jaehyun had gotten hurt. Taeyong had asked everyone to gather quick and to resolve what had happened.

Mark dashed in inside the apartment only to see Jaehyun laid down on the sofa with Doyoung on the side, injecting him. They had already put Jaehyun to sleep, his chest got clawed marks and it was a deep injury.
