A Year Later ...
The flame of the candle flickered as a gentle breeze blew through the beach. The sweet smell of the flowers still in bloom wafted through the bouquet.
The sand looked like golden under the effect of fairy lights that were wrapped around the little space. There were two chairs and a table decorated with all foods of your choice and two wine glasses to accompany.
𝐸𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 ℎ𝑎𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑒𝑐𝑡, he thought as he glanced towards the decorations. All that was left was your presence.
𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑇𝑎𝑒ℎ𝑦𝑢𝑛𝑔!
𝐹𝑜𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑟, 𝐹𝑜𝑟 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒.
The nervous man cheered himself up as breathed in and out as if he was doing this for the first time.
His heartbeat fastened when he heard the car pullover. That's it, he couldn't hold his contentment and excitement of looking at you.
There you were.
Mesmerized by the view in front of you while the love of your life was amused by you. A gasp left your mouth due to how beaded the surroundings looked. You couldn't even take your eyes off the view and at him at the same time.
He saw you wearing his favourite dress that he gifted you, the same one that you wore on your first date. Waddling on the sand, and slightly pining your hairs behind your ears, the young man was falling deeper and deeper.
Oh, how badly he wanted to just crash himself to you.
He saw you again, just like he sees you every time, with his frenzy heartbeat and shining eyes. He wanted to say so much to compliment you but his parted lips echoed silence.
It was so tough for him to find the correct words and he didn't want to waste the time in silence. So he joined his hand with yours, helping you to walk but his eyes couldn't even look away from you.
After all, the sight in front of him was ethereal.
He pulled out the chair and made you sit while he sat across from you. His focus was scattered, so filled with nervous anticipation. He couldn't hold a conversation or sit still while his thoughts danced in infinite directions.
"What is it all about Tae?" You asked but he just held your hand.
A part of you was very excited yet nervous. You felt like history was repeating itself because even though it wasn't their first date, it felt like one.
The same weird sensations, the same inhuman heartbeat and the same anxiousness but their love wasn't the same, because it increases day by day.
Even after being apart, it kept on increasing.
"You'll know soon.."
Him being a gentle loving man as he had always been, he immediately fed you the food sweetly making you chuckle and blush at his tenderness.
And so, you did the same along with both of your unending talks and memories that slipped away just now but came back again.

After all the warm conversations, you found him holding your hand and stood up. This time, he takes you towards the ocean shore. He gulped a lump and looked at you again.
"Y-Yn.." He felt like emptying his heart out but words didn't help.
"I-I know.. We have lost a part of our time together.." He uttered holding you close.
"I know you have gone through a lot without me, but now.." He closed his eyes and then opened them again.
"I don't want us to be apart love. Our hearts are one, our souls are one but.. the relation we lost because of others.. it's our time to revive it"
He stepped aback, and gaze at you lovingly. Your heartbeat got rapid knowing what was about to come.
"You are the one who showed me that there's always that one person who'll stay by your forever even in the dark, who'll cherish you even in your worst state."
"Thank you for sticking by my side during my lowest and during my happiest. I will choose you endlessly even when in times we fought. My love for you won't fade away just because we are mad and I will choose you even if you annoy me to the fullest." He got on his knees.
"Shall I repeat the same way I proposed to you before?" He giggled as you covered your face and chuckled through tears.
"I got down on one knee for you, and whether you say "yes" or "no" I'm going to need your help getting back up." He repeated as you shook your head at him with giggles both ways.
"Will you marry me? Be mine.. yet again?"
And just one yes, the whole world changed.
The stars nodded, the ocean agreed and the candles concur. How beautiful is this night, it has opened the windows of love that was undying in the eyes of the lovers.
He immersed her in his eternity and she embraced him in her forever.
Breaths slipped through your mouth when he touched you again with his intimacy. There were miracles in his soul that drove you c-razy.
The moonlight felt dancing across your skin, and the star stole glances of the couple under the blanket above the mattress that was laying on the sand.
Everything about it was exciting for him to be one with you. You found your place in his arms, in his kisses, in his whispers, in his warmth, in his fire. You found your place when you are lost in his soul.
