Chapter Seventeen

                                        Eva
After I was done with my rut I awoke to my mate wrapped around me. I smiled but I couldn't stay by her side I had business to attend.

I was going to meet up with another mafia leader that controlled the other side of my territory. We were going to meet up to set a truce and he had information on who killed my best friend so long ago.

I kissed my mate on the head and took a shower. I left her a note so she wouldn't feel like I used her for my pleasure.

I put in a brown suit that complimented my tattoos. I went out and got into my car I drove to Seoul. Me and Ana lived in Daegu I got there and parked waiting for the right time. Once it was time I got out the car and walked into the company.

The CEO welcomed me and we sat down. We came to a conclusion. He wanted me to marry one of his daughters I refused since I already had a mate.

He agreed and told me that I just needed to let his company and his people come into our territory without being attacked I agreed on one condition.

They wouldn't cause any trouble he agreed then his son walked in with a huge smirk on his face he seemed familiar but I couldn't recognize him.

Once I was done I went to buy my mate some roses. Once I was back I saw my mate cooking me breakfast only wearing a nightgown I smiled. I saw all the bite marks I left on her thighs. I went behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist.

She yelped being surprised I handed her the roses causing her to smile brightly. She told me to eat before the food got cold.

I woke up with an empty bed I felt like I was used but then I saw a little note beside the bed. It read" Bunny I had to work something out "I'll be back in 2 hours love Eva" I smiled.

I got up and shower I wore a  brownish nightgown but I decided to cook Eva something. Since I knew she would be hungry and it was still early in the morning so nobody was awake yet. I cooked some pancakes and sausages.

I smiled once I got to the eggs I felt strong arms wrap around my small waist. I heard a small chuckle causing me to tense up.

It's was Eva she showed me some roses that she bought me my heart melted. Nobody has ever given me flowers I pecked her on the lips.

She then tried to deepen the kiss but the food was gonna get cold so I pulled back. I told her to eat and she sat down. I wanted to ask her what she did this morning that was so important she left in bed naked.

I got the courage to ask her and she almost choked on her food for some reason. She just said it was nothing important but I was gonna get the truth out of her either way.

I told her if she didn't tell me what she did so early in the morning I wasn't gonna have sex with her for a month.

She dropped her fork and was to stunned to speak she then made a pouty face and said fine I'll tell you but don't get mad.

She told me she met with someone very important and that he wanted her to marry his daughter but she refused. I was confused I was even more convinced that she was working with the mob.

I sighed and she gave me puppy eyes I was gonna also ask her if she could take me to see my parents. She agreed I was so happy I went to change I wore a crop top and some cargo pants.

I went to look for my mate and saw her changing into something less formal. She caught me staring "You like what you see love" she smirked I felt my face go red.

She whispered something into my ear she said " 사랑, 부끄러워하지 마. 난 평생 네 거야." "Love don't be shy I'm yours forever" I blushed at her words. Sometimes I forget we could speak Korean but man the way her Korean rolled off her tongue sounded so hot.

She smirked and picked me up and took me to her car. I forgot we were going to visit my parents she passed by the store and bought some fruits and other things.

I could tell she was nervous but I held her hand and squeezed it reassuring it was going to be fine.
