Chapter Twenty Eight

It's been a week since I fought with Alan everything has been fine today was me and Ana's baby shower. I was excited I didn't care what the gender of the baby was.

I knew I would love my pup no matter what it was a girl or boy. Me and Ana were asked to leave the pack house. So the pack could set everything up.

I agreed, today I wanted everything to be perfect. We didn't have many guest other then some Ana invited since I was a very private person.

I decided to take Ana to the beach for her to relax since she's been tense. I woke up later than usual my mate was not in bed which made me worry.

I stretched and started searching for her. She walked out the bathroom in a white dress with blue flowers.

I smiled I went to go change and went with something casual. A white v neck and some baggy black jeans.

I walked out looking for my mother and I took a sneak peek at our baby shower it was beautiful. Only my mom knew the gender of our baby.

I smiled and left to start the car I walked out the door. I was stunned there was glass shattered all around my car.

Then I saw a brick with a note on it I didn't think much of it but I opened it. My eyes went wide it wrote "I know what you are and I will make feel the pain I felt"

I felt anger rise to my face my grip on the brick tightened making my knuckles white. The brick shattered into pieces.

Whoever dared to threaten me was gonna pay I hated the way they looked down on me. I wasn't afraid but whoever this was wanted Ana.

They knew she was my everything I wanted to find who this was and make them pay. I walked into the house with my eyes blood red.

My father ran towards me he's never seen my eyes red when in my human form. He asked for me to calm down but I couldn't.

I felt my fangs extend then I yelled at my father telling him to stay out of my way. He stopped me and pushed me back.

He yelled at me in his alpha voice "How dare you speak to your father like that when I'm trying to help you" I looked into his eyes.

I scoffed and yelled back " You have no idea what I'm going through right now" I punched at the wall.

He stayed quiet and calmly asked me what was wrong. I told him "Fuck I'm sorry it's just that someone is after my mate and pup here read this" I handed him the piece of paper.

His eyes went wide and pulled me into a tight hug and reassured me that nothing was gonna happen to Ana. I calmed down my eyes turned there normal color and I retracted my fangs.

I heard a small voice coming from the hallway my mate was crying. I didn't know why she ran towards me and hugged me.

My mother was behind her with her head down something was really wrong. My mother pointed upstairs towards me and Ana's room.

Me and my father looked at eachother and went up I was horrified of what I just saw. Our bathroom mirror had something written in lipstick.

I woke up early this morning I couldn't sleep I put on a dress and sat an empty chair beside our closet.

Eva woke up and got dressed casually she kissed me on the lips. She said good morning and left downstairs to do something.

I decided to stay in our room for a little while I calm my nerves. Then a thought came to mind what if Eva wasn't happy with the baby's gender.

All these negative thoughts filled my head I heard the door open. It was Eva's mom she had a bright smile on her face.

She asked me if I was okay I said yes but she saw right through my lie. She asked me if I wanted to talk about it.

I agreed and let out everything I felt. After we were done talking she pulled me. Towards my bathroom to do my make up.

We both were horrified on what we saw. Our mirror had words on it. It said "You took what I loved the most and now it my turn to get my revenge" It was shattered. I felt myself start to shake.

I felt tears run down my face I didn't know who this was and I hugged my baby bump. Fearing the worst Eva's mom took my hand and topped my eyes.

She took me downstairs to look for Eva and her father. I saw Eva and her dad arguing I have never seen Eva that mad before.

Her eyes were blood red and her fangs were fully out. When she seemed to calm down I ran towards her and hugged her.

She saw my tears and asked me what was wrong. I didn't say anything and began to shake again.

Eva's mom pointed at our room. Eva and her father left to go see what was wrong. I stayed since I didn't was to see the mirror again.
