In It To Win It

Over thousands of albums sold and tons of streams this group is doing good. After doing their own shows they were starting to gain popularity. Even though they're still underrated they're in the top 100 artists of the country. They are currently number 86 on the music charts so far. But there's some competition going on. There's also another metal band called Hydra that just came out. They are competing with them and they're planning to steal their spot. They copied their style and now they're ready to continue to steal. An interesting battle is bound to happen!

"Hey boys you all have to see what's going on", Damien called out. They all came racing over to him. "You guys won't believe this, some band name is Hydra and they're in competition with you guys' ', he told them. "Hydra? What the heck is that? A fire hydrant?" Dustin joked. "No they're a new group that's trending, let's have a listen to one of their songs' ', he told them.

He played one of their songs titled "Enemies" and it was surprisingly similar to their song called "Battle Of The Night". It had the same riffs, it was in the same key and it sounded almost identical. Only difference was the title and the lyrics. But the chorus of the song sounded like they were pointing them out.

"Look out look out, there's an enemy. Creeping over my shoulder trying to find its way over. Watch out watch out, gotta be lowkey, beware a single move before they come after you" the lyrics stated. These lyrics sound creepy but it definitely has something to do with them. This group basically stole their song and remixed their whole chorus just to speak about them. Something strange is happening!

"Hey they're some ripoffs! They changed (get set let's go) to (look out look out). Then they stole everything from us, they didn't even try to make their own thing. This is nonsense and we have to go after them", Dustin cried. "Exactly I'm not letting this happen, what makes things worse is that they're right behind us on the charts. We have to get ahead before these copycats come after us. How dare they even attempt to come up with a similar name to us", Damien ranted. "Guys fighting is not going to solve the problem. Communication and respect would. Instead how about we contact them to talk the situation out", Keith added.

"Give me my damn phone, I'm calling these suckers up", Dustin demanded. He went over to his phone and he looked up one of their social media pages. He found a way to contact them and he called them. He put them on speaker and the lead singer answered the phone.

"Hey what's up? It's my favorite band", the singer answered cheerfully. "HELLO, what the hell do you think you're doing? Stop stealing our stuff! How the hell do you think you're going to make it by being a thief?", Dustin screamed over the phone. The other guy paused and it took him a while to respond. "Ok can you please calm down! Sorry our song unintentionally sounds like yours. We just really liked the lyrics and we really like you guys too", he replied calmly.

"I don't give a damn how much you like us, if you liked us much more then you would've asked us. Nobody knows you guys and I'm going to obliterate and annihilate you guys's careers before you guys even get one. How do you guys get to be number 87 on the charts anyway?" he ranted again. The guy on the phone hung up because Dustin was being extremely extra rude.

"That was really uncalled for, seriously how ignorant", Sterling cried. "No see, it's ignorant when you let people step all over you", Damien snapped. As soon as he was screaming his sons came barging in the recording studio room.

"Woah what happened dad", Denroy yelled out. "Yeah, is everything ok?", Dante asked. "Move over kids I have some business to take care of, I'll advise you two to go somewhere and sit down. I may be 39 years old but I can get down like I'm 19", he warned them. He then stormed out the room leaving everybody behind. After that they'd never seen him again for the rest of the day.
