Sairah stands next to Lexa's throne as the latter looks around the ambassadors. The commander sits confidently at her throne as her people look up to her. "Ambassadors of the coalition, today we honor our covenant. The clan that stands against one of us, stands against us all."

Titus, who's standing beside Sairah, raises his hand to the doors. "Bring in the accused."

The two main doors open, revealing Queen Nia and two of Sairah's warriors. The queen looks around the ambassadors and her son, who's kneeling in front of Lexa's throne, before her eyes connect with Sairah, who gives her warriors a nod of approval. The queen is pushed down on her knees before Lexa.

"Queen Nia of Azgeda has confessed to the destruction of mount weather-" Titus starts. "- resulting in the death of 49 members of Skaikru." The man looks at Clarke. "Wanheda, what say you?"

Clarke gulps before raising her voice. "Skaikru demands justice."

"Ice Nation does not answer to this girl." Queen Nia says while giving the blonde a glare.

"Silence." Sairah orders. "The punishment for your crime is death. One more word and i'll go through with it." Sairah warns. She feels Roan's eyes on her, but ignores it. "Do you have anything to say in your defense?"

"I need no defense." Queen Nia smirks. "She does." She says while looking at Lexa. "Today is judgement day. I call for a vote of no confidence."

The room goes quiet. Sairah clenches her jaw at the woman. "Take this so-called queen to meet her fate."

"Not so fast." One of the oldest ambassadors says while getting up from next to Clarke. "Commander no longer."

The other ambassadors follow his lead. "Commander no longer."

Sairah glares at all of them. "Take them away too."

"Wait!" Lexa stops her guards before they can escort Nia out.

"Lex." Sairah whispers, knowing exactly what the girl has in mind.

Lexa holds out her hand. "Let her make her move."

Clarke looks around confused. "Commander, what is this?"

"This is a coup." Lexa simply states.

"This is the law." Nia corrects. "Her law. A unanimous vote of the ambassadors or death are all that can remove a commander from power."

"It's not unanimous." Clarke mutters.

"We don't recognize the legitimacy of Skaikru." Nia fires.

"We do." Titus says, suprising Clarke and the two girls next to him. "Yesterday Skaikru took the brand. They are the 13th clan. This vote of no confidence fails. All these coup plotters will suffer the exact same fate as the ice queen."

Queen Nia shakes her head with a smirk. "She won't take our heads because she knows our armies will retaliate. None of us here wants war."

"We both know what you want, Nia." Lexa speaks up with a clenched jaw. She gets up from her throne and moves to stand in front of the woman. "If you think me unfit to command, issue the challenge and let's get on with it."
