The complete rewrite of the fifth season.
The girls were enjoying the fruits of their labor when the oceans of the magic dimension are under attack. They earn Sirenix and battle Tritannus to save them.
Previously in Chapter 4/Episode 4, the eight girls took on the Challenge of Graynor. They successfully completed the challenge and were given the Key of Nature. Together they opened the Sirenix book and learned about the location of the gem of self-confidence. But they will also learn about the dark side to Electra.
"So, where do you think the Sirenix book is talking about?" Bloom asked. "It did mention Electra and Aisha, so it has to do with where they're from," Musa contemplated. "But where are they from?" Roxy inquired. "I got it!" Tecna exclaimed. "Aisha and Electra are both from Andros, and there are shimmering shells there." "Brilliant!" Flora beamed. "What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Tecna used the interplanetary travel device to open a portal to Andros.
Tritannus sneered. "Looks like my cousin Aisha is coming over for a visit," he laughed. "She won't know what hit her until she's surrounded by pollution!" He swam to the two giant seashells and zapped them with a blast of pollution.
The girls arrived on Andros. "Ready, girls?" Aisha asked. "Yes," the others replied. "But wait!" Flora stopped them. "Didn't the Sirenix book say that this mission is only for Electra and Aisha?" "Yeah," Tecna replied thoughtfully. Electra and Aisha held hands and transformed into Enchantix.

They dove into the water. "You know, Aisha, I never told anyone about this, but I think it's time you know more about my more vengeful side," Electra said. "You have a vengeful side?" Aisha asked in shock. "I didn't know that." "Yeah, but the reason why is because I try to keep it hidden. Will you laugh if I tell you?" "Of course not, Electra! You can talk to me about anything." Electra sighed. "Okay. That vengeful side I have came from when I was a freshman at Alfea. I formed a group called the Powerix Club with three other friends: Alysha, Redina and Natalie. When Icy, Stormy and Darcy took my reserved energy magic and Bloom's dragon fire, I wanted to pay them back for what they've done. And, boy oh boy did I give them what they deserved. Ever since then, I've never been able to accept defeat from a villain. Especially if they hurt my friends. If they hurt you or anyone else, revenge will be calling their names. That's why I have a short fuse in the face of defeat. I will do anything to protect my friends and to make sure those villains don't get away with what they do." "Thanks for opening up about this, Electra. You know you can always tell me anything, no matter how stupid it may sound," Aisha said sympathetically. "No problem," Electra replied. Suddenly, she bumped into a shell. "I think we found the shimmering shells." "They don't look shimmery to me," Aisha commented. A cloud of oil surrounded her and Electra, and they both fell into a trance.
"Aisha? Where are you?" Electra called. Then, she gasped, looking at a reflection of herself laughing. "Huh? What's going on?" "You'll never beat Tritannus," the reflection taunted. "Y-Yes, I will!" Electra stuttered. "No, you won't! All of your friends will fall, and so will you. Tritannus will defeat you in a matter of seconds!" Electra fell to the floor crying.
"Aisha," a voice said. Aisha looked up to see an image of Nabu. She gasped in delight. "Nabu, I miss you so much!" she cried, running up to him. "Then why did you let me die?" Nabu asked. Aisha gasped in terror. "You let me die. You could have saved me, but you let me die." "That's not true!" Aisha sobbed. Then, she came to her senses and realized that the image was nothing more than an illusion. She then turned around and said, "Wait a gosh darn minute. The real Nabu wouldn't say that! This is an illusion!" Then, in a blink of an eye, the illusion left.
Electra was still sitting on the ocean floor when she heard Aisha say, "Don't listen to that! It's an illusion!" She got up, dusted herself off, and looked the illusion in the eyes. "You're wrong!" she snapped. "I will defeat Tritannus, and protect my friends at the same time!" As she said this, the illusion left.
Aisha touched Electra on the shoulder. "Wake up," she said. "Whoa. What just happened?" Electra asked. "I don't know, but I think it came out of these," Aisha replied, touching one of the seashells. "Let's make them shimmer!" Electra and Aisha touched the shells, and they glowed, removing the pollution. "We are the shimmering shells," the shells said. "You heard our song, and proved that you have confidence in yourselves," a voice added. "Electra and Aisha, you earn the first gem, the gem of self-confidence." "Yeah! We did it!" Aisha cheered as blue gems latched onto their Sirenix boxes. Then, the two girls swam to the surface and returned to normal.
"I heard what you were talking about down there, Electra," Bloom said. "I can totally relate. I used to totally lose my cool when I lost to villains. Now I know better, all thanks to Aisha." "Yeah," Electra replied. "I just can't seem to shake those feelings. After a loss, I get frustrated and plan revenge on villains." "We'll work through it together," Aisha said reassuringly.
In the next episode/chapter, the girls visit Solaria. Stella gets her ring back and earns her gem of self-confidence.
