Great! Can't believe it's actually working.
Hello! My name is MK, and I'm, well, as of today, officially the new Head Archivist at the Celestial Institution, since... My mentor, Sun Wukong, appears to have disappeared off the face of the Earth.
Right when the year is ending too...
(Laughs nervously)
That aside, I'm not quite sure what to make of this place. This office... I've only been here once. Wukong doesn't like people barging in on his work, and I suppose I know why now that I'm properly settled into these Archives.
He left this place a proper mess. I mean, he's always been the kind of person to be careless with his belongings, but really? These files aren't even arranged according to the date!
It's weird, too, how there's only statements in this place. I thought the Archives would contain some other documentation of investigations, but I suppose not...
Still, I thought he'd pay more attention to the cleanliness of his workplace considering we are an Institution looking into paranormal matters. Like, what if someone was looking for a specific statement? It'll take them hours to find it just looking at the state of this thing!

Moving on, Nezha did kindly allow me to choose a couple of friends— Uh, co-workers from various departments to help me out here, so I have 2 whole assistants now! 3, counting Macaque, but I'm pretty sure he's just sticking around to annoy me. What does he even do around these parts anyway?
Man, I sure am looking forward to this job! Uh, once we get some proper equipment, I guess. This tape recorder looks like it'll fall apart at any moment.
