"im fine,"I said, picking up her suit."You don't look like it. Come on, you can tell me," she said. "No thanks.. I see no point in telling you my personal matters," I said and hurried out the door. I took a deep breath as I shut the door and went to the laundry room, and to my luck, Nathan was already gone. Uhh, now who am I gonna go with? I guess I should just take a taxi, then I'll pay once I reach the apartment because I ain't havin' any money on me right now.

I watched her as she stormed out of the apartment..damn I could stare at her ass all day. Does she jiggle it like that on purpose, or am I trippin'?
I could literally tell she wasn't okay. Her face doesn't ever seem to hide her emotions, so she's really easy to read.

Anyways I took my laptop and began working on my new project. If I play my cards right imma get a million dollars from it.i spend 3 hours on it , just glued to my screen like a dead ass zombie, I noticed the sun was already going down, so i put on some clothes and grabbed my car keys, I needed a drink.i quickly peeked out the window and saw that it was going to rain soon, so took put on slides instead of sneakers.

I got out of the elevator and went out of the lobby. While I waited for the chofer to bring my car around, I saw Becky trying to catch a cab,which was miserably failing. She looked at me, and I waved at her, and then she rolled her eyes at me. I smiled and went to her . " That's no way to treat your boss," I said, standing next to her.

" Don't you have somewhere to be?" She snapped, and the rain started pouring. "Fuck! Really?! "She said while taking her hair from her face." Let's go back inside. Hurry" i said pulling her by her arm and she snatched her arm away.

"What are you doing? Let's go!" I said pulling her again but she did the same thing. "No!" She snapped. " What do you mean no?, we are getting soaked.lets go" I said. " We? You could just leave me here like you found me. I want to go home!"

" Well How will you go home with no ride? Just come in and you could stay in my apartment until it stops raining" I yelled cos my favourite jacket was getting soaked. I don't even know why I'm trying to convince her, I don't even care, if she wants to die out here than that's on her. So I turned around amd began walking inside.

Suddenly I heard " okay! I'll come, wait up". I couldn't help but to smirk before I turned around. " Well let's go" i said amd she ran inside.

"You can lay on the couch for now. Here is a blanket and a towel to dry and warm yourself up."i gave her the things and turned on the tv." Wanna watch a movie?" I asked sitting next to her. She nodded in silence and I began looking for a movie. I found a movie which we both agreed on (red white and royal blue)

I could feel her shivering, so I got up, went in the shower and turn on the hot water."should I pause the movie?" She asked."no it's fine" I said..

"Uhm you should go in the shower I already ran it up for you. It will stop all that shivering." I said. "Omg you do have a heart after all" she said giggling. "No I don't. I just want to watch my movie without someone vibrating next to me. It's Hella annoying. Now go in the before it turns cold" i said taking a sit.

" But I don't have any other clothes on me apart for my work clothes" she said
" I got you covered just go, so we can continue watching the movie" i said picking up the remote...she went and took the shower. She took round about 20 minutes and got out with my not so big towel that only covered until her upper thighs.

I couldn't help but to look at her up and down.i stood up and got for her my white T and my basketball shorts. She slipped them on and she looked good maan. does she look good in everythin?. She sat next to me and went under the blanket I gave her earlier.we continued the movie.

" Uhm I know its rude to ask, but uhm what's your name?" She said still looking at the screen." So you didn't know my name all this time?" I asked looking at her quickly. She scratched her neck and her face was starting to turn red " you never told me?" She said in a heist. " You never asked " i said looking back at the screen slightly disappointed.

Why am I disappointed?
Silence filled the room and awkwardness tagged along.

" It's jazz" i said than kept quiet

" Ow. What a cute name" she said

" Ain't nothin cute about me baby girl" I looked at her with a dull look
" Hmmm" she Hummed and looked back at the screen.

A few minutes later I felt her head fall on my shoulder. She was knocked out and we weren't even halfway in the movie yet🙄

She looked so peaceful but I wanted to go to bed too. I thought of waking her up but ughh .
