Amidst the roaring storm at sea, the tuna boat battled the fierce weather, and you, the cheerful and ever-optimistic fourteen-year-old, along with your brother Iruma, found yourselves caught in the midst of the chaos.
A fellow worker urgently thrusts the responsibility onto you and Iruma, "Iruma! (Y/N)! This is in your hands now! Don't let it go south! If it falls apart, I'm docking half your pay!"
With an eager grin and a twinkle in your eye, you and Iruma embraced the challenge of maintaining the boat, forced into this situation by the irresponsibility of your parents. The rain whipped around you like angry little daggers, and the boat swayed perilously as you clung to the slippery deck.
"We can't survive on half our pay alone!" Iruma shouted over the crashing waves as he strained against the wind, shoving a massive tuna back into its cage.
"That's true," you chimed in with a cheerful hum, your soaked clothes clinging to your skin as you effortlessly pushed another tuna into place. Suddenly, a tuna fell beside you, followed by more. "Dodge!" you laughed, a burst of laughter escaping your lips as you and Iruma danced in a lively and comical evasion of the falling fish.
Iruma, equally soaked but wearing a determined expression, quickly dragged both of you to safety. The tuna continued to rain down like a chaotic seafood symphony. "Weee?" you laughed as you dodged another fish, landing on the ground next to your brother
As one tuna was about to hit you both, Iruma covered you, but the fish stopped inches from your faces. "Huh?" you both hummed in confusion as you noticed everything suspended in the air, the silver-scaled creatures frozen mid-fall.
Iruma looked puzzled while you poked at the floating fish, your eyes sparkling with a mix of wonder and amusement. Suddenly, your surroundings changed, and a man with a horn appeared. "Huh? Eh..." Iruma panicked. "Hey, hey? What's going on?" you asked, maintaining your cheerful demeanor even in the face of the unexpected.
With a snap of his fingers, the man introduced himself as Sullivan and revealed that your parents had given away your souls to him. "Sold?" you questioned, maintaining your bright curiosity as you examined the peculiar horned figure before you.
Sullivan grinned, revealing sharp teeth that seemed to glint in the mysterious light. "You and Iruma here are going to be my pride and joy. Oh, the adventures we'll have!"
Your eyes widened in surprise, "Grandkids?" Sullivan nodded, "Exactly! I've put you both under a spell. Welcome to the netherworld, where demons live."
"Netherworld?" you asked, still trying to comprehend the surreal nature of the situation. The air felt charged with otherworldly energy, and the distant sounds of ethereal whispers echoed in the background.
"It's where the demons live," Sullivan clarified, his voice taking on a melodious quality that sent shivers down your spine. "Ah, I can understand you now," Iruma said as you nodded in agreement.
Sullivan continued, "I've been all by my lonesome for like forever! Dreamed so much about having grandkids! Will you be my super cool grandkids?"
You and Iruma exchanged confused glances, trying to grasp the magnitude of the unfolding events. "You see, I've put you both under a spell." Sullivan lifted his hand, revealing two pieces of paper saying "sold."
"Our parents gave our souls to a demon? They would never—" Iruma started, but you interrupted, "Onii-chan... they totally would."
Now wearing a gloomy look, Iruma realized, "Yes, they would." The scene shifted to a big castle, looming on the horizon like a dark fortress against the stormy sea, and you asked, "Ooh, what's that?"
