Being locked up in a psych ward was not Orson's initial plan.

Orson just wanted to be freed from the pain he was feeling inside.

The only thing he could think of was to take his pills to numb all the emotions his mother once told him to hide.

Going to the hospital bathroom, Orson opened his pill bottle, poured a handful and downed it then passed out having a nurse call for help.

Noemi was called in for the evaluation and tried to have Orson communicate with her but he wouldn't.

The doctor that once was under Tesni's belt takes Orson's case, watching over him out a favor for Tesni.

"He still hasn't eaten?" The doctor asks the nurse on duty.

"No, just tosses the rubber ball at the wall."

The nurse and doctor look at Orson but get interrupted by an emergency in the ICU.

As they go running off, Orson stops tossing the small rubber ball and lays in bed looking up at the ceiling.

Samuel tries to have Orson released but Orson refuses the discharge, wanting to be left alone, not trusting himself to be at home let alone anywhere else.

Lainey tries to visit Orson but he takes her and the rest of his family off his visitor list while he's staying in the psych ward.

"He can't do that, right? He's a minor." Nero says to the other doctor in charge.

"He is nineteen, meaning he can control who he sees and who can visit without parental consent."

"I need to know how he's doing, is he eating? Sleeping?"

The doctor lets Nero know he's been having episodes of blacking out frequently that it's become a habit.

"God," Nero holds his head then sighs, "Okay, thank you."

A few hours go by, nurses go in and out of each patient's room, Orson tosses the small rubber ball up in the air then catches it in his hand.

"How did he even get permission to have that?" A nurse says walking by with another, cleaning up the day room.

"He's a Reed. They can have and do anything."

A male nurse whistles in amusement, "Did you hear the second oldest, Lainey, took over her mom's position? If you ask me...she's as equally hot as her mom."

Orson hears the male nurse and throws the ball at the glass window, having it crack with the amount of aggression he used to aim it directly in the middle.

The doctor hurries in seeing Orson visibly upset, looking to his nurses he fixes his glasses and says, "Go to the upper wing for right now, obviously you all can't save gossip hour for another hour. I'll have one of the nurses do the check ins," Nodding as they bow their head out of embarrassment, he turns to see Orson turning over his mattress, screaming.

"I'm going to need a sedative," The doctor says, still keeping an eye on Orson.

The nurse at the nursing station runs to get the sedative with two other male nurses to hold Orson down.

"Be careful," The doctor says as they open Orson's door and he throws his food tray at them.

"Fuck you! Fuck all of you!" Orson yells out.

The male nurses pin him down as the female nurse injects the sedative in his arm.

"Bunch of fucking cowards!" Orson says, wiggling underneath the two male nurses.

The doctor face palms his face, stressed, not liking how Orson's condition is worsening.

Noemi conventionally shows up angry at how they are manhandling Orson.

"What do you all think you're doing?" Noemi asks seeing Orson fall asleep after the sedative kicks in.

"We had no choice. He acted out violently."

Noemi sighs, "He just suffered from losing his mom, his dad was hospitalized and his siblings are a wreck. He has the right to act out."

The doctor looks down at his watch, "I have no choice but to keep him heavily sedated until his violent episodes subside."

Noemi scoffs, licking her bottom lip anxiously, "Have you called his family to come and see him?"

The doctor shakes his head, "He told us not to let them in here."

"So have him suffer more? Nice idea Doctor."

The male nurses greet Noemi while the female nurse blows out air exhausted from dealing with Orson's outburst.

"I want a session with him in the morning." Noemi says troubled about Orson.

The doctor nods and says, "I want him to try group therapy as well, to eat and actually try and stay calm. Think you can manage?"

Noemi nods, "I can, can you manage to not drug him up every time he acts out and actually treat him like the kid that he is?"

The doctor and Noemi talk for a few more minutes, as they are, Cora is talking to the head nurse to see Orson.

"But-look I just want to see if he's okay."

The head nurse shrugs, "I'm sorry but if you are not listed, I can't let you see the patient."

"Orson. Not patient. Orson."

The head nurse sighs, "Would you like to talk to my boss? Maybe he can explain it better."

Cora is about to go in on the nurse but Noemi walks out not being so familiar with who Cora is, making her interest peek.

"You're here to see Orson?" Noemi asks her.

"Yeah but they won't let me–something about a list."

Noemi walks over, starts talking to the nurse, gets Cora on the list and hands Cora a visitor's pass for later.

"How'd you?" Cora asks, surprised.

"Come back around afternoon time. I'm sure he'll be happy to see his girlfriend."

Cora's mouth falls open a little, "Oh-Oh no me and Orson are–no we're just close because of Maci."

Noemi pats Cora's back, "I'll see you later," Smiling, she leaves to her car driving off and once she's miles away she calls Nero while still sitting in the driver's seat.

"I'm busy right now," Nero says, answering the phone.

Noemi leans over grabbing the note she had on her windshield this morning.

"This might be out of line but how did your mom die?"

Nero excuses himself from the meeting he was in, going out to the hallway.

"The fuck are you going on about Noemi?"

Noemi starts to read the note to Nero, "Does that mean something to you?"

Nero takes a minute then holds his temple, "No, so don't call again, alright?"

Hanging up on Noemi and going back into his meeting, Nero zones out the remainder of the time he had to sit there.

A message appears on Noemi's phone saying,

Orson's stay has been extended.
