Everything... Everything is so dark... So confusing... Voices screaming for all directions, making it impossible to even know what was happening... But in the end, there was a light. It got closer, closer, and even closer. There was a man on the ground, a woman and two young boys. But their faces... Their faces were blurred... And their voices sounded weird... So weird... But one specific sentence caused all the noise to go silent, everything went silent, the woman without a face turned around, a smile... It seems like a smile... But everything was... So sad... "I'm so sorry Lux...Nox..."
Heavenly office, Cannan, the plain of deities
"LUX! EMERGENCY!" The poor man was immediately wakened, stumbling on his chair as his college just stared at him. "Did you fall asleep on the office again?" "What do you need Naki?" Completing ignoring his colleague question, the angel, called Lux, just rubbed his eyes getting up from his chair. "It's weird to explain, follow me." Well, that's weird... Naki being serious? Something was wrong and Lux understood that, quickly nodding and following him. Using their wings, they quickly arrived at the scene but... "Just what is this?!" Lux was perplexed... The scene in question was the body of a deity... The goddess of spring, Amaryllis, but the body was not normal... Covered in some weird black marks that seemed to corrupt the skin as they continued to spread, having an acid like effect on the body, truly a horrific sight. "This is the emergence I spoke of." Started Naki. "This... Disease is new, we have never seen anything like this. No one has... It doesn't seem to spread outside of the body it's on but-" Before he could even finish speaking, the body of the goddess was burned into nothing, erupting into black flames, and when the flames disappeared only a small black sheet of paper stood in the place of the body, picking up the paper Lux turned to another college, this time a fire type angel. "Elio, was that you?" "Not at all Sir." It truly didn't seem like Elio was lying, his face showing just how confused he also was, after all he was a young angel having formed his new body and conscience not that long ago. "Alright. You all, leave. Naki, stay." The other angels nodded immediately flying away, not wanting to go against the word of the famous Lux, the one that was even well known by the gods. "What does it say?" Naki crossed their arms, staring at the paper on Luxes hand. "'this is the beginning'" He read, getting up and destroying the piece of paper into a small wind. "I apologize Naki. I must immediately ask the 3 Mighty Lords presence." Understanding, Naki only waved their hand shooing Lux away as the wind angel immediately opened his wings and flied away back to his office. "Shiro, please go deliver the letters to the 3 Lords." Lux asked, softly stroking his wind dove feathers, before the small sized bird flied off with the letters on her feet.
Amartya temple, Myrk, underworld
"I can't believe he escaped again." Amartya, God of death and ruler of Myrk, the oldest of the three rulers, sighed, sitting on his throne with papers about a certain dark-haired demon... "It's a shame truly, he was an excellent General." Hearing a noise come from the entrance of the temple, he arched an eyebrow and set the papers down, getting up to investigate. As he got there, he was faced by a small, nervous looking dove, traces of wind mana around the animal. "Aren't you Luxes dove?" The dove seemed to get more nervous at every word the God spoke... Was it the air of the underworld? Or... Was it just the crushing presence of the God of death? Be it what it was, Amartya soon noticed the letter on the small bird leg, opening it and quickly reading. "Mhm... A new disease? This might be related to the missing people." Nodding to himself he tied the letter to the birds' leg again and watched as she immediately flied off in a hurry. "Something feels off about this."
Purizumu temple, Skær, overworld
A beautiful humming sound could be heard if you step closer to the bright, white, and golden temple whose shine seemed to blind the poor dove eyes as she approached, entering by an open window, ruffling her wings to announce her arrival. "Oh? What a cute little creature!" Purizumu, God of light and ruler of Skær, the youngest out of the three rulers, smiling warmly at the creature. "Are you hungry little one? Here! Have some snacks!" The God smiled offering little sunflower seeds to the bird who only stared in response, not at all interested on the food... Perhaps because mana creatures such as herself do not need to eat... "Are you not hungry dear?" The bird only shook her head, trying to lift her leg to make the Purizumu notice the letter. "And what's that?" Finally, the God realized... Taking the letter and reading it. "Ah, you're not a normal bird... I'm sorry for not realizing Shiro." He smiled apologetic, putting the letter back into its place. "I can see the severity of the subject, do not worry I'll be there." Satisfied with the answer the little dove flew off to deliver it to the last person.
