"Hey what was so important you text me to get in here?" Brandon asked as he entered the clubhouse where Alec was pacing now and the little boy sat on one of the sofas.
"This!" Alec said pointing at the little boy.
"Who is he?" Brandon asked confused and Alec ran a hand through his hair before putting the note in Brandon's hand.
"Uh-oh"Brandon said as he finished reading the note before letting out a whistle,
"Hey guys everything alright?" JT asked entering the room and Alec looked at JT.
"JT, could you and Lexi get me a copy of the ball girls roster?" Alec asked and JT looked at him puzzled.
"Sure we can but aren't you married?" JT asked and Brandon chuckled.
"Not for much longer.." Brandon said under his breath and Alec elbowed him.
"Dude shut up!" Alec hissed at him.
"JT this isn't for marriage can you do it?" Alec asked and JT nodded.
"I should have it by tomorrow for you" JT answered before walking off.
"So kids what's your name?" Brandon asked and the little boy looked at Alec.
"It's ok bud" Alec said and the boy then looked at Brandon.
"Alex" Alex replied quietly.
"You don't look like Alec" Brandon said and Alec sighed frustrated.
"I need you to take Alex" Alec told Brandon and Brandon laughed.
"Alec seriously? Get real! I can't take him! You need to tell Diana?" Brandon told him and Alec shook his head.
"I can't tell her anything until I'm 100 percent sure Brandon" Alec said nervous before pacing again.
"Please Brandon, we don't live together in Clearwater so Diana won't know if you take him please" Alec begged and Brandon shook his head no.
"What about Brynn? Alec listen to yourself! Just tell Diana the truth, my sister is very understanding and besides this would've happened before you two met" Brandon said and Alec sighed before looking down.
"What" Brandon said and Alec let out a breath.
"A few months ago when Chelsea kissed me I kinda told Diana Chelsea made the pregnancy up, I knew she didn't but I wanted this behind us for the sake of Diana and the baby's health but then I found out about Alex" Alec said and Brandon rolled his eyes.
"So now Diana is gonna flip regardless because you technically lied to her and now it's worse because this kid is here" Brandon said and Alec nodded.
"Please take him, I just need 3 days" Alec begged putting his hands together and Brandon rolled his eyes.
"Three days, try to contact Chelsea" Brandon said and Alec nodded before pulling his phone out.
"Here's some money first for food" Alec said giving Brandon some money and Brandon looked confused.
"I'm not even hungry" Brandon said and Alec now rolled his eyes before pointing to Alex.
"It's for Alex!" Alec shouted and Brandon nodded now understanding before putting the money away.
"What do I tell Brynn?" Brandon asked and Alec shrugged.
"Think of something" Alec told him and Brandon nodded as Alec went to work on trying to locate Chelsea.
- One day Later -
"Hey" Brynn said as Brandon let her into his condo he gave her a quick kiss before she stepped into the living room seeing Alec sitting there.
"Who is your friend?" Brynn asked and Brandon thought and said the first thing that came to his mind.
"My cousin" Brandon said and Brynn nodded.
"Where is his parents? Where are your parents bud?" Brynn asked and Alex just stared at her.
"Is he ok?" Brynn asked and Brandon nodded.
"Alex this is Brynn, Brynn this is Alex" Brandon said and Brynn smiled as Alex shook her hand.
"He is adorable! How long do you have him?" Brynn asked and Brandon shrugged.
"Hopefully not long" Brandon said and Brynn playfully hit him.
"I think you watching him is sweet" Brynn said and Brandon sighed.
"Yea if only you knew why" Brandon said before Brynn could question him Alec stood up he started walking toward the door.
"Where are you going?" Brandon said stopping him.
"Can I see my daddy now? Mommy promised me I'd spend time with him" Alex said upset and Brandon sighed.
"Bud I promise you can later ok? As soon as he calls me and says it's ok" Brandon said and Alex nodded sitting back down.
"Is everything ok?" Brynn asked and Brandon nodded.
"His parents are getting divorced I'm waiting to hear from his dad" Brandon said and Brynn nodded still a little confused.
"Is he going to the game today?" Brynn asked and Brandon's face dropped at the realization Diana would also be at the game.
"No!" Brandon snapped quickly and Brynn looked confused.
"I need you to stay here and watch him actually" Brandon said and Brynn looked confused.
"Watch him? Brandon I just met this kid!" Brynn said crossing her arms.
"Brynn, I swear to god I'll explain everything ok? Don't worry I will be a few hours and I'll make it up to you" Brandon said before kissing her.
"Fine but you owe me for this Brandon marsh" Brynn said pointing a finger at him.
