Ladies, gentlemen and esteemed sovereigns, we are now back to our regular non-redecorating content enjoy

After I had finished changing, I decided now was the time to get some clothes to replace whatever these current monstrosities are supposed to be. So once again I grabbed my wallet and phone, before setting off on the way to the mall.

Saiki's POV:
I was just sitting in my room, reading manga, when I noticed that a new neighbour had moved in, and within that very same day, entirely redecorated the whole house to be a colourful, cheerful and rather pretty... absolute eyesore. It stood out like a sore thumb in the perfectly neat and orderly neighbourhood. As did its owner, a tan girl around my age with bluish-white hair cut into a short, ragged mullet, her clothes were the only somewhat normal thing about her and.... Nevermind, she just came back, where the hell did she even get clothes that colourful? I mean, to each their own and all that, but seriously, she's like  a living ball of colour and chaos. I better steer clear of her if I can...

Y/ns POV:
That boy is staring at me from his windows again, it's rather uncomfortable, have I got three arms or something? What is it that he finds so damn fascinating to twist his head around like a weird pink-haired owl?
I throw a pebble at his window and make a gesture for him to mind his own business and he falls back from the window with a shocked look on his face. I snicker quietly to myself and walk back home, unpacking my new clothes before I get a knock on the front door...

Third person
She slides down the staircase and stumble into the entrance hall, and opens the door to a black haired woman with a sweet smile, a man with messy hazel hair and a kiss mark on his cheek, and... the weirdo with pink hair?

"Uhh, hello?" She said somewhat awkwardly
"Oh, hello dear! Welcome to the neighbourhood, do you know where your parents are so we can welcome them too?" The woman with the black hair said with her sweet high pitched voice
"Don't have those, do any of you three have names?" She asks confusedly
"Of course! How could I forget to introduce ourselves, im kirumi saiki, this is my husband Mr saiki, and my youngest son Kusuo!" Kirumi gestures to each of them seperately, mr saiki offers a smile and a small wave, and kusuo stares blankly untill his mother glares at him, making him stiffly bow in greeting.

Y/n: "good to know, I'm Y/n, and did the writing style just change?"
Kirumi: "lovely to meet you Y/n, and don't acknowledge everything the reader thinks about the writing, that's their job to scream at the inconsistencies in the comments."
Y/n: "Ah, okay, so basically it sucks to be them, I get to live through this other life of complete newness and be immortalised in the words of this device and the readers mind, while they lay on their bed and use this as a coping mechanism for their normal life"

Kirumi quickly shushes her and they both talk for hours, mostly mrs saiki though, y/n mostly listened to her and nodded occasionally. Before kirumi brought up what Y/n said earlier about her parents not being there and got a very short story about them being dead  or missing. For which kirumi smothered her with sympathy and affection, which was somewhat strange for the usually touch-free Y/n

Kirumi: "lovely to talk to you Y/n. Drop over if you ever want to share a dinner or do anything at all, please."
Y/n: "I really shouldnt, but thank you for the offer, it was lovely to talk to you too, have a nice night"
