Abhimanyu was sitting on the floor with his hands around his face. He was no longer crying. Only anger filled his body.

He was angry against himself, the universe and even God.

It's been 3 weeks since he lost his brother, his support system, his angels that he didn't meet yet. And even his other half. His better half.

Akshu ...

For days all he could do was mourning. Mourning his brother, who deserved everything that this life had to offer. He couldn't wrap his mind about the fact that he is no more. He was such a permanent person in his life. One of the only reasons he stayed in this house since he was a teenager. Always smiling, always encouraging him, always present for him.

And on the other side, his babies... He still couldn't not process that he lost them without even having a chance to meet them. To smell them. To touch them ... He made so many plans for their future. He promised himself that he would be the best version of himself for them. To live for their happiness and joy. Life. Life was cruel enough to snatch it away too from him.

In a day he lost everything. His life turned upside down.

From heaven to hell.

He laughed bitterly. His, theirs, room was as messy as his mind. No one dared to enter the room since Akshara left. He forbids them.

The divorce papers already signed by Akshara were still in the same spot. He didn't dare to look at them, like he was in denial of what happened.

He knows that he has anger issues. She knows it too ... He was aware now that he made a mistake that day and shouldn't throw divorce papers at her. He can't believe that he did it again...

He got up and started pacing in the room.

Akshara must be at her family house. If not emotionally I hope that she recovered physically...

Having a clearer head and remembering how tough it can be physically to recover from a miscarriage, he felt the urge to be by her side. Right now.

He changed quickly and started running toward the door to get to his car and drive to the Goenka house.

However before reaching the door someone grabbed his arm.

His mother.

" Beta where are you running to ?" Manjiri asked with a weak voice.

The Birla house was a mess. The one who was taking care of the house was still mourning and became very sick. Knowing that his mother doesn't want to hear his wife's name he replayed :

" Rohit needs me for an urgent case"  He stated.

Manjiri felt relieved and dropped his arm.

" Alright be careful !"

Abhi nodded and went straight to the car.

He didn't send any messages or tried to call beforehand. He just acted impulsively following his urge to see her in front of him as soon as possible.

The Goenka house was strangely quiet. No one was roaming around. Abhimanyu enters the house easily, as the helps know who he is. He went straight to Akshara's room and knocked. 3 times. He waited for an answer that never came. He tried opening the door and it opened.

He stepped in, overwhelmed by the memories and his Akshu's scent. He looked around looking for her but the room was empty ...

" Abhimanyu ?"
