Jake and Johnnie have been living together since- well, it's been awhile. you get the idea. They've always been flirty towards each other, as a joke of course (or so they THINK), and have had no problem with any sort of communication.

It's like they were platonic solemates.
But recently, Jake has found it harder to control his emotions. Emotions? He doesn't really know. But everytime he sees Johnnie, he can't control his facial expressions.
It's gotten to the point where even in his recent videos, you can see that any kind of interaction or LOOK he gets to have with/at Johnnie, he's smiling the entire time.

And not just any kind of smile, a WIDE, toothy GRIN.
Johnnie hasn't noticed yet. Well, that's what Jake thinks. Jake doesn't even totally understand his feelings, and he definitely doesn't think that Johnnie would even THINK of feeling the same way towards him.

Yeah, they're best friends. But they're also both guys. That both think they're straight. You see where an issue could occur? Yeah, they do as well.
