My alarm starts ringing giving me the news that another day started. I get up from bed and check my phone. My "girlfriend" Martha just texted me a good morning text. Ugh. I only date her just to pass time, i start to regret getting into this. If only she wasn't the brave girl and confess her love to me. Whatever, I don't have time for this bullshit. I put my phone down to get ready for work. She can wait a bit, it's not a tragedy. After I'm done and get in my car,i start to drive to this stupid company i work for. Oh yeah,Martha,i forgot about her. I grab my phone and text her.

Martha:-Good morning my love ❤️
               -Y/n are you okay?

Y/n:-Oh,hey sweetheart, sorry for not responding, i overslept, ugh this job is so tiring

I put my phone down and it suddenly rings. Ugh,i swear, Martha should fucking find something else to do with her time. Thank god she's not working at the company anymore. I grab my phone annoyed by the call but i see it's my boss who of course i saved him by his first name Mark. This dude looks freaky and like he didn't sleep in months but hey,he pays me enough to keep living, even though i sometimes imagine him being hit by a truck. I respond to his call.

Y/n:Hello boss, how is it going?

Mark:Y/n,please come to my office when you get here

I gulp. Man, I can't lose my job.

Y/n:Got it, you'll see me there haha

He closes the call.

Y/n:Fucking asshole

I put the phone away as i drive faster just to get there. I get into the parking lot but before i enter the company i go and buy myself a coffee just to wake me up a bit. Because after that call with Mark i look myself like i couldn't sleep for 6 months. I sip the coffee as fast as i can as i enter the company with a fake smile on my face. Honestly,the only thing that would make me smile it would be seeing this company burn but that would also mean losing my job so no. I pass by a bunch of women on the way tough.

Y/n:Good morning ladies

I wink at them with a smirk. They smile at me and greets me back. Spme of them are women in their 40's with a family and husband but would do anything just to relax with a young guy like me in his 20's. Sure it would be fun,but i don't wanna end up in court...yet. I finally get to Mark's office. I take a deep breath, throw the empty cup of coffee into the trashcan next to the door, fix my tie and knock at the door.

Y/n:Sir? It's Y/n

Mark:Come in

I gently open the door...No,he didn't tried to kill himself, fuck. He's alive and not so well. I get in.

Y/n: So what is it?

Mark:Please,take a seat

I do as he says. I worked my ass for this shitty game company, I swear if this jackass fires me I'll beat the shit out of him. I'll at least succed one of my dreams.

Mark: You're one of the best and most trusted employees,you know that?
