ᴀɴᴀꜱᴛᴀꜱɪᴀᴊᴜꜱᴛɪᴄᴇ
I'M SITTING ON THE BUS, we're on the way to a fancy field trip with the fancy boarding school, Yancy Academy. I'm only here because I've kinda been kicked out of all the other ones I went to.
In the seat across from me is my best friend Grover Underwood. Next to him is his friend. Not mine.

I wouldn't say I'm a bad kid. Either I failed out of the others or got into a little harmless trouble. It's not my fault I have a short temper and every school even near New York is filled with a ton of pompous womps.
Especially Perseus Jackson. And I guess the red-headed Nancy Bobofit who was hitting poor Grover in the back of the head with her chunks of peanut butter-and-ketchup sandwich the whole ride.
ew.

Percy was clenching his jaw and tightening his fists.

" Perseus " the easiest way to get to him is using his full name "remember you can't make anymore trouble or you'll have to say bye bye" I say in a sing - song voice.

" Listen, Anastasia I don't know who you're talking to because if I recall correctly you have to leave if you make any trouble either "

as I open my mouth to snap back at him Grover cuts me off so I glare at the obnoxiously blue eyed boy instead.

" Look you are both on the same boat so can we all stay on the down - low today " he says frustrated.
Grover gets sensitive whenever Percy and I fight.

" I hope we're on the Titanic. "

Just then Nancy hits Grover with another piece of her repulsive 'sandwich'. This time me and Percy both turn back to look at her
I forgot about my anger with the blonde boy from seconds before.
As I was about to say something to the girl in the row behind us, Percy leaned over the back of the seat, into her.
I watched as Grover sunk in his seat, turning red.
But before Percy could get a word out Nancy said

" Watch yourself Pukey Jackson, I wouldn't want you to get yourself and her kicked out of Yancy, just kidding I would. "

God her voice is annoying I thought. What does she mean her. That's not even correct grammar.

That's right me and Percy have a deal with Mr. Brunner that if one of is kicked from Yancy both of us are. I think it was his way to try to make us get along.
After the ... well ... whole incident.
Though we fought about the deal for months.

Finally the bus pulls into the Ancient Greek Museum.
Finally.
Mr. Brunner leads us into the Metropolitan Museum Of Art.
How fun!
Twenty-eight reject kids from New York going to some dumb museum to learn about some ancient greek and roman bull crap.
Behind the group is Ms. Dodds, giving Percy and I the evil eye, as always.
Percy glances back nervously at her, I wince just trying to keep forward without getting a month's detention for something else.

"This is kinda dumb am I right." I whisper to Grover earning a quick glance from Percy, he nods agreeing with my statement.

Grover looks between the two of us with a serious expression "Guys, both of you, this is actually serious stuff."
After that Grover slips away walking to the front of the group with a new stressed and anxious look. I look after him rolling my eyes, as if he's ever been interested in looking at a bunch of old naked statues.

Then Mr. Brunner speaks. I feel Percy straighten up next to me.
Why? No idea. All this guy's talking about is the same naked statue.

Beside us Nancy Bobofit is giggling with her posey of girls who are all of equally annoying and toeing the line of being bullies.
Percy leans past me looking at them and says.
