𝐈 𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐎𝐍... my bed reading, my fingers delicately flipping the page when my eyes had finished soaking up the words imprinted on the paper. My cat, Taffy, a small tabby cat, was curled up beside me one paw resting on my thigh the other tucked under her chin.
The soft sound of rain pattering outside my window added to the calm sense of tranquility in the dorm room. The only sound adding to that was the soft rustling of pages and a cats occasional yawn.
My thoughts drifted away from the fantasy I was reading and to my boyfriend of two years. Mattheo Thomas Riddle. An idea popped into my head and before I even had time to properly think it over I gently removed Taffy's paw from my leg and slipped out of the warm bed into my grey slippers.

"Come in!" He shouted after my confident knock on his oak door. I pushed open the door smiling as I was met with the sight of him shirtless sorting through some notes from previous lessons.
"Hey baby, what's got you up so late?" He asked standing up from his chair and stretching before padding over to me wrapping me up in his arms.
"Matt, it's raining!" I whispered excitedly, looking up at his face. "Please, can we go outside?"
He pressed a soft kiss to my forehead before pulling away nodding.
"Of course, love, let me just throw on a shirt and grab us both some hoodies." He replied, walking over to his draws. "This one okay?"
I nodded in response before catching the huge grey hoodie chucked my way.
Once he'd made sure I was tucked away in his black North Face coat with a plain white beanie on my head, he took my hand intertwining our fingers together gently squeezing.
Once outside I dragged him over to a few puddles splashing around letting the breeze blow my hair about lightly across my face.
Mattheo stood nearby his hands shoved deeply in his hoodie pocket watching me with a fond look.
He then reached out taking my shoulder and turned me to face him. "May I have this dance, my lady?" He said, putting out his hand and bowing.
"Of course, Master Riddle." I replied, placing my hand on his.
A small grin tugged at the corner of his mouth as he span me around, placing a hand on my hip and the other firmly in mine. We danced around for a while until my face was covered in small droplets of rain. He pulled me closer both hands resting on my waist. Standing on my tiptoes I reached up wrapping my arms around his neck my chin resting on his chest.
He ducked his head down capturing my lips in a soft kiss before pulling back taking my hand once again and led me back to his dorm room.
"Thank you." I murmered pressing the tips of my fingers againsthis chest as if I was grounding myself.
