"Come on, Romeo and Juliet, up and at 'em!" The voice from the doorway made them both sit up, instantly awake.
Asa squealed and pulled the sheet around her, "TONY! GET OUT!" she shouted, and Loki glowered over at him, trying to sit between her and humiliation.
For his part, Tony just shook his head and laughed. "Ok, ok, but set an alarm next time, will ya? It's 9.45 already. let's get going. Fury is in the coffee shop at the corner of 48th and 9th. He won't wait forever." He winked at them and closed the door.
Loki and Asa looked at each other and burst into laughter. Feeling like two naughty children caught kissing behind the school, they lay back on the bed and just looked at each other.
"Sleep well?" She asked him, their heads mere inches apart. He leaned over and kissed her softly.
"Never slept so well in my life. Never slept with my beautiful Queen before, though." He winked, and she blushed. "You blush like a maiden, my love. Why so? There is nothing to be ashamed of." He stroked her cheek softly, and she turned to kiss his palm.
"Not ashamed my Prince, flattered. I love how you call me your Queen." She smiled, and he looked deep into her eyes.
"You ARE a Queen Asa."
For a moment, they looked at each other in silence, then he moved to lie above her again. Kissing her throat, her shoulder, he moved against her, and she felt a rumble build in his chest as he groaned.
"Loki... we... should get up... Fury..." she tried - not very hard - to object. As his mouth moved lower and lower, she believed in her objections less and less until at last she was simply moaning and writhing under his tongue. Her hands grasped his hair as he nestled between her thighs.
He raised his head, eyes glowing with desire. "Fury can wait. You, my love, cannot." There was no more to be said. He dipped his head back down, and as his tongue took her to heaven and back, she couldn't remember her own name, let alone what they were actually supposed to be doing.
Almost an hour later, they appeared, changed and ready to go, if a little bright-eyed and reddened in the lip department. Tony eyed them suspiciously, and Thor grinned. He knew that look...
"So, now that Ren and Stimpy are ready, shall we go?" Tony leaned on the doorpost, the definition of smug. "Fortunately for you, our revered Ex-director has nowhere else to be these days."
To make things quicker, Thor and Stark flew....he never missed a chance to show off the latest suit, and Loki simply teleported himself and Asa.
Laura came into the room once they'd left, shaking her head. If she had a nickel for every time she'd seen a superhero exit.... she smiled and turned on the tv.
Loki and Asa arrived first, much to Stark's annoyance - he still didn't play well with others - and Thor a few seconds later. Being secretive wasn't what this was about. And anyway, the main protagonist was standing, looking about as shifty as it was possible to be, without even trying.
"Fury!" Asa strode over to where he stood at the door of the coffee shop. She embraced him warmly, hearing a growl in her head as she did so. She smiled and inwardly told him to stop it. A small 'sorry' peeped into her brain.
"Miss Asgard 2023 as I live and breathe!" Fury smiled down at her, winking his remaining good eye. "So, you come to sort out this goddam shit show then?" He put an arm around her, seemingly ignoring everyone else.
Thor and Tony shrugged at each other and followed them in, Loki glowering behind.
"Im - we're - so sorry Fury." She said as they all crammed into a booth towards the rear of the shop. She was about yo say something else when the waitress walked up.
