WASHINGTON CAMPING TRIP FOR SOPHOMORES.
This year we will visit the exciting Olympic National Park in Washington. We will meet at the school parking lot Monday morning May 18th - 8 sharp. A bus will drive us to the park and back home on June 5th. Because we are camping and it's a bit more dangerous than staying at a hotel in the city, a few seniors will attend us this year. There won't be mobile service in the forest so don't count on many good-night texts. Be aware that black bears, cougars, bobcats and bald eagles are camping buddies in this park and students may experience interaction with them. Pack list and attendants will be listed below:
Pack List:
- Clothes for all days - warm sweaters for the nights.
- Body and oral care.
- Swimwear.
- Running shoes, hiking boots or any other kind of shoes that aren't TOMS.
- Sleeping bag and sleeping mat.
Attendants:
- Mr. Marshall, teacher.
- Mr. Smith, teacher.
- Mrs. Larsson, teacher.
- Zack River, senior.
- Chloe Green, senior.
- Zara Mendes, senior.
