Her eyes, like galaxies.
A thousand stars in each one.
I locked into them,
their gaze driving into me,
uncovering things I kept hidden.
Her eyes carried promises of happiness and I wanted to keep them all.
Those starry eyes
held my secrets
and showed me the word.
