Author's note: Happy New Year.... the chapter has arrived that everyone has been waiting for.

3 months went by in a blink...

The heart pirates and the straw hat pirates traveled together, causing the Marines to have a headache and almost a heart attack.

Timothy left the village and went on his journey to write a book of his experience...

Luffy was a bit sad to part with his friend, but still happy that he was chasing his dreams...

Currently, they are residing on a small island, mostly old people live there, so there is no danger of getting caught.

Law was the one who decided on the island and Franky built a house for Luffy and Law. He also made a separate large house for both of the crew.

So they have been staying there for a week. The elders of the village adore Luffy and have been feeding him a lot of things...

In the small village, they farm a lot, so from time to time Luffy goes to the field to try to help them. Basically, Luffy won everyone's hearts with his bright smile...

So if they even found out Luffy is a pirate, they wouldn't really turn him in or even call the navy cause they have gotten rather attached to the ball of sunshine.

Luffy and Law have been spending a lot of time together. They go around the village, walking a little, and even visiting some elders that invited them.

Law will also massage Luffy's stomach and feet before sleeping to help him relax...

Luffy's due date is two days, so Chopper and Law have been preparing the surgery room...

Brook is currently in the town square singing some songs, Usopp and Chopper dancing, Zoro sleeping and Sanji getting some recipes from elderly women. Nami and Robin were playing volleyball with Penguin, Shachi, and Ikkaku. Bepo was lying under the shade of a tree, with Luffy sleeping on top of him.

Suddenly Luffy woke up, sweating like crazy.

"It hurts!"

Bepo also woke up from Luffy's scream...

"What's wrong?"

"My belly hurts!"

Bepo panicked, He picked up Luffy and ran in the direction of where both of the doctors were working...

"Captain-san, Luffy-san is in pain!"

Bepo burst open the door, screaming at the top of his lungs...

"What's wrong Bep-"

"Torao, my stomach hurts!"

Law immediately stood up and put Luffy on the surgery table...

He yelled at Chopper to bring the ultrasound...

After checking in the ultrasound, it looked like Amato wanted to come to the world earlier...

Bepo was sent to the village to notify the others and Law and Chopper got to work. First and foremost putting Luffy to sleep and numbing the pain.

Both the crew and some elderly villagers were waiting outside the house...

Bepo was freaking out, and Penguin and Shachi were comforting him. Sanji was smoking and Zoro sat there worried. Nami was choking Usopp out of fear and the four eldest of the crew were calmly standing, although they were really worried and praying to whoever was out there that the surgery would be a success.

On the other hand, Law and Chopper like professionals were doing their utmost to keep the child and Luffy alive.

The sun was rising...
