Summary of Purest Black

Akira was the daughter of the King of Heaven and the Queen of hell, making her the sole Hybrid with feathery black Demon wings. She has a sister named Mizu with leathery white demon wings.

After the Species war, a war were the humans invaded Heaven and Hell, Akira and her best friend, the demon hound, Zero, are forced to flee their kingdoms. A few years later, Akira is a mercenary. She manages to befriend a strange group of humans whose names are; Luke, Jessica, James, and Peter. After a few more adventures, they find out what Akira is, but still agree to help her reclaim her kingdom.

Later on, they have to ride a ship from the country of Flora to Savannah, to find Mizu. On the ship ride, Akira discovers that the captain, Elizabeth, is a Siren, a type of mermaid thought to be log extinct.

When they find Mizu, they discover that she's already started a new life with humans. In Savannah, they join up with a Demon named Haru who helps them find Mizu. Mizu hands ownership of Heaven and Hell to Akira.

After a war, Akira reclaims Heaven and Hell and married Peter. Ten years later, Akira is pregnant and settling arising problems in the kingdoms.

The story, now, switches over to Cardinal's point of view, Akira's daughter. She's a hybrid between human, Angel, and Demon. Her wings are feathery, but, like her name implies, a deep red. She's born with marks, like her mothers, that allow her to hide her wings when needed.

At the age of eighteen, Akira sends her down to earth in search of other supernatural species, like Liz, to invite them to Heaven or Hell, if they wish.

Now serving as a mediator on Earth, Cardinal, Cari for short, discovers that she can't do everything alone.
