It's been about three days since Aki last went to the Occult club and after an ordeal between Rias and Sona apparently including a dodgeball match he's finally sat in Sona's office.
"So Aki you wanted to start a club?" He nods "very much so" Sona begins looking down a list in front of her "so I'm gonna need you to answer some questions" Aki nods again "you need a minimum of four members to form a club, who are your members, what will your club be doing, what is the name of the club and how will it benefit the school?" She asks, Aki scratches his head "Me and my peerage will be the members... I don't really know what we'll be doing" Sona shakes her head "Aki I'd love to help you out here but it'll look suspicious if I just give you a room to do random shit in with no benefits toward the school" she sighs.
"Well shit I might have to get back to you then" Aki sulks, he gets up and begins toward the door he hears a commotion and moves as the door swings open Tsubaki Sona's queen walks in detaining a bruised student "again Hiraki? How many times will you act up, we've got enough on our plate as it is".
Aki stops before leaving the club room and sprints back into Sona's office "I've figured out the rest of those questions" Sona raises an eyebrow she gestures Tsubaki out so they can talk "go on" Aki smirks a proud look plastered on his face "Im gonna be the president of the disciplinary committee, we'll police student breaching the rules of the academy and it'll help you guys focus on your work" Sona claps her hands together "brilliant we've been meaning to sort something like that out I don't know why it didn't occurred to me, let me file your request and within a day or two your club should be official... which room do you want we've got 3 available, one on the first floor just down the hall one downstairs near the bathrooms or one in the old building's basement" Aki smirks "is that a question".
A couple days later Aki is walking through the halls with Sona and Esdeath girls swooning as they see him "there he goes the crimson haired prince" says one "can't believe Rias kept such a hottie a secret", "forget Rias I can't believe he's dating Esdeath that's a power couple right there absolutely terrifying" says the last.
Sona leads them to the old school building where the Occult club is located on the top floor but instead of up they go down and see a couple derelict classrooms before stopping at the end of the cold dank corridor to the only structurally sound room and unlocks it when she opens the door dust billows out causing all three to cough heavily "what *cough* do you think *cough*" Aki walks inside and takes in the room.

"I'd love to know what the fuck went on in this building it's fucking weird" Aki looks around bemused "but what do you think?" Sona asks again "oh it's got potential" he smiles "Esdeath after classes gather the peerage we're going to get this place spotless turn it into a proper club room" Esdeath nods "ok darling" she says as they leave.
"Here this key is yours now also Rias and I are sorting a surprise for you to celebrate starting a new club" Aki smiles and half hugs Sona "thanks little Sitri" Sona smiles lowering her head to hide her blush "no problem".
