The once fresh air and the bright blue sky was tainted by a thick yellow fog that consumed every single thing in its pathway. The teens had no idea what it was but upon hearing the warning horn and even echos of pain filled screams then they knew that their lives were in danger.

The teens immediately took off in spirit, wanting to get away from the incoming fog as fast as humanly possible. It didn't matter if their lungs were practically suffocating from the lack of air or if their legs began to burn, they needed to find somewhere safe to wait it out or else, death was upon them.

Luckily for the group, they had basically found their safe haven.......the car stuck in the ground. The only problem was that they had no idea where it was exactly. They didn't know which way it way, they were just all praying for a miracle.

"I think it's this way!" Campbell Cullen already proved that he was one of the best trackers, meaning he was taking the lead in their search for the desired hide-out.

The other teens were not far behind, sprinting as fast as their legs could take them through the thick woods. They were all living off of pure adrenaline as that was the only thing allowing them to continue to push forward, despite the fatigue. Getting swallowed up by the dangerous fog was worse than some waves of exhaustion.

Ruby Choi was struggling to keep up with the others and she was terrified. She always knew that she was not the best runner but in a moment like this, her lack of skills were not doing her justice.

But despite her attempts to push forward and the adrenaline rushing through her veins, she could still feel herself falling behind.

And it didn't help that she was also the most clumsiest person in the entire world.

The girl was trying her best to run as fast as humanly possible but one misstep over the rough terrain and she ended up taking a nasty fall. She ended up slipping down a hill, letting out a shrill screech that instantly alerted everyone in the vicinity.

But to make matters even worse, the hill had been so slippery that every attempt she made to try and catch herself from falling even further, just ended up in her falling again. She tripped once again but this time, had gone face first into the hard ground, completely knocking herself unconscious.
