The French sank on her seat as she felt the burning look of Miss. Drocker. It was embarrassing enough that she had missed all the last year but now even the teachers were treating her differently. When the teacher clapped her hands and a few markers floated to the board she sighted relived. Ms. Drocker started explaining the lesson as the markers started writing notes on the snow white board. Elise grabbed her book from her backpack and opened it. For the sake of her constant confusion the book was written in another language which seemed like a crazy mix between Japanese curviness and Russian spikiness. She stared at it for a bit and sighted giving up. Meissa looked at her and whispered on her ear:

"Use the bracelet."

Elise looked at the other confused and did as said. She put her hand on the page and on the split of time the page was all translated to clear French. She smiled and then looked at the others book. Her page was translated in Russian.

"The bracelets are used for translation in your root language. Also when we talk we talk on our languages but these things translate our words to sound normal for both of us." Whispered the Russian.

Elise nodded and started reading the book listening to the teacher. Of course at first she understood nothing but slowly stuff became easier. They were learning about the first goblin's war done near the border of The French Empire and The Kingdom of Prussia. The French chuckled remembering her History teacher, an ancient man which looked more asleep than alive and that always forgot kids' names, explaining this lesson and falling asleep on his desk. She never thought that the true reason of the war between these two powerful countries was caused by creatures like goblins or trolls and she suddenly felt small and unsure. She sighted. Every day you learn a new thing. Even if that thing is that everything you know is wrong. The two hour class ended with a two pages long essay about the goblins' revolution and they were finally excused.

The French stood up and then looked at the teacher. The lady was staring at her coldly and with a hard glare. Elise felt awkward and lowered her sight walking out of her class. What did the teacher want? What had she done to her?

Walking outside she found her Russian friend and came by her. They started chatting a bit and walking down the hall making their way through endless students. What the French noticed was that everyone who they passed by looked at them suspiciously and opened their way whispering with each other. Meissa wasn't wrong when she said that people didn't like her. But she didn't mind. The Russian was her friend and she didn't care if others didn't like her. A small smile crawled to her faces she passed by all the judging eyes. 'Let them stare. They have nothing better to do.' She thought and walked inside a room to her next class.

The next double period was Magical Protection. The class was dark without any desks or chairs. The black curtains were left down leaving the room on a mere light coming from the torches on the wall. The statues sculpted down the marble walls with scary and chill bringing faces were lightning threating under the dimmed light. The door behind them was slammed and they all turned scared to see what happened. They felt a shadow come around. It was on the walls, then on the ceiling. It passed all around the place with swift moves, never in the same place twice. It had a head and two legs so it must be a human. The kids were trying to detect what was wandering around and with frozen hearts came closer to each other. Then the shadow came to life and a handsome man around his twenties appeared shouting:

"Boo!"

The class screamed but then after noticing who had talked, they all laughed. The teacher smiled and crossed his arms. He had blonde shining hair and two laughing eyes. His suit was the same as Mr. Croman's and on his cheek shone two flags: the Central Branch flag and the French one just like Elise. His smile was big on his face as he shook his hair and looked at his class.
