Summary: While Barry is looking for ways to get faster for his rematch against The Reverse-Flash, he soon finds himself against a former protégé of 'Dr.Wells' who uses sound-waves technology: Hartley Rathaway aka The Pied Piper.

Intro

"My name is Barry Allen, and I am the fastest man alive. Waking up in this strange new world and in the body of Barry Allen no less, was a pretty big revelation. After some intense thinking, I've ultimately decided to stay and accepted my new identity as Barry to see if I have what it takes to be a true hero. This city is filled with dangers lurking in every corner, and armed with my knowledge of how certain events will unfold, I will be the only one fast enough to stop them. I am The Flash, ready to test my mettle and protect this city."

-Few Days After Fight With The Reverse-Flash-

After his intense battle with the Reverse-Flash, The Flash found himself wrestling with a significant realization. While his training with Oliver Queen had undoubtedly made him a better hand-to-hand combatant, it was evident that Thawne still held a considerable speed advantage-50% faster to be precise.

This newfound awareness drove him to seek ways to further enhance his speed, a crucial requirement for his upcoming rematch against Thawne.

However, The Flash's quest for getting faster had to be temporarily set aside when Captain Cold and Heat Wave resurfaced in Central City looking for a rematch. Dealing with the duo turned out to be somewhat easy as while he was able redirected their energy beams, that caused an explosive interference that disarmed them of their weapons, it took a while for that to happen. However the police arrested the defeated criminals, sending them off to Iron Heights, with them declaring revenge against The Flash.

After that The Flash had to to deal with the Royal Flush Gang, in which they were quickly defeated in 2-3 minutes using a well thought out strategy of barricading the roads and leading them towards the police to be arrested. After that they all went home for a night's rest, or so some of them did.

'Harrison Wells' went home after a long day of pretending to be paralyzed so immediately once in the safety of his house away from preying eyes, he stood up from his wheelchair and walked to his kitchen playing classical music and drinking wine.

"Let's see, for my future team which I'm thinking of calling "The Rogues", I already have Snart's and Mr.Roy's cooperation, perhaps I should recruit-" his thoughts were cut off when his phone ringed.

Picking up the phone, he answered "Harrison Wells speaking."

With no reply he was about to hang up when his music was suddenly cut off and the voice on the other line spoke "We both know what you did."

Grabbing a gun he loads it up and aims at where he hears the voice speaking through his stereo speakers "It's time to pay the piper Harrison Wells!"

Soon as the mysterious voice said that, glass started breaking and raining down in his house causing him to speed away from the destruction as not to get hit by it. More glass brake near him and he was forced to duck for cover so the shattered glass wouldn't hit him. As he watches on of the destruction of his house, he thinks of the only one who'd have done this to him.
