James' POV
"As Head Boy and Girl, you should get more acquainted." spoke McGonagall.
"Alright. So Evans, how 'bout a quick game of 20 questions?"
"If we must. " Grunted Lily.
"I'll go first"
I nodded at her statement vigorously.
"Do you have any siblings??"
"Well..." I started "I had an older brother. When he was coming back home for the summer from his second year, I was seven, a bunch of future death eaters attacked the train and killed everyone in his compartment." I paused for a moment. "You have a sister right?"
I finished feeling relieved to tell someone but also sad.
Lily gasped and gave me a hug, but
"I'm so sorry, James. I didn't know. And yeah I have a sister who thinks I'm a freak because she is jealous of my magic. "
She responded very sympathetic.
"I know how it is to have someone you love die, my dad died in the beginning of the summer."
That was when she took my face and pressed it against hers and kissed me very softly but meaningful.
After we broke away I looked at her for a while and then kissed her again.
This time it was longer and more passionate.
