𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐷𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑠 ✧ 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘭𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯

"Welcome to Forks, Washington." the pilot says as everyone stood up to get their luggage. The announcement shakes me from my thoughts. I didn't sleep much on the flight. I absolutely hate the idea of someone being able to watch me sleep especially when it's strangers. I look beside to see my brother sleeping weirdly with his mouth open.

"If you don't wake up now, I will have to do something drastic. Like..." I whispered grabbing my water and pouring it into his mouth. He immediately starts choking slightly and glared at me as he snatched it away. I flipped him off to tease him a bit just to add drama to this new move.

"Happy?" he rolled his eyes and proceeded to stand up to grab our luggage. I chuckle slightly and quickly put my hand down as my mother with an irritated face motions me to get up.

"What? You can't lie it was a little funny mom cheer up!" I laughed trying to be positive before the long hours of leaving the airport get to the best of us.

I'm exhausted. It felt like forever getting out of that plane and the constant bickering around me. Once we got our rental car, we were finally on our way out and I was starting to regret ever sleeping on that plane when an insane migraine was coming in. I looked outside the window and admire how green everything looked compared to New York. There was sense of prosperity and unsettling danger within the woods that we passed. 40 minutes have went by quick and hear a sigh of relief as I read out the sign 'The City of Forks Welcomes You' 

"I didn't think it would be so gloomy and sad. It's fucking awful here." Hector said in the backseat and moves his head near my mom who's driving. She gives him a dirty look as a warning for his language.

"Well I know it's not perfect but I wanted to move somewhere more peaceful and this is so much better than New York." my mom responds with a grin. I remained looking outside for a moment and then at her.

"What made you want to move here in the middle of nowhere. This would have been fine if weren't for the fact that I'm graduating in a few months. We could have done this in the summer or something!" I huffed out annoyed.

"Stop making such a big deal out of it Selina! You're not the only graduating." Hector murmured to himself thinking I wouldn't hear.

I faced him angrily, "If it weren't for your stupid druggie friends we would have still been in New York! I don't see you graduating any time soon considering your failing fucking-" my yelling is cut off by mom stopping the car abruptly.

"Stop yelling! The both of you need to stop, we did not move here because of your brother, I-I needed to get away from there, we all needed too, and staying in that stupid place where you guys constantly argued was my last straw. Now shut up until we get home!" the car starts again and we continue driving silently with neither of us saying a word. I look up at the rear view mirror to see Hector already looking at it furiously. I don't know what to feel about this place but so far I'm starting to like it.

     Days before Selina could step foot into her empty bedroom, Alice had one of her visions and wasn't so sure to tell Carlisle because if the girl in vision was his mate, everything would change. How would he react to this new information? Alice was in deep thought as she sat next to Jasper.

"What did you see?" he whispered and looked down at her. She didn't say anything but her face grew more concerned for Carlisle.

"I think the girl in my vision was..." she huffed out worried if Edward would read her mind. She thought too soon and he came out of nowhere. Esme with her husband, Tony, and everyone else appeared within seconds. Except for Carlisle.

"Alice, are you sure?" Edward said as he stood in-front of her with everyone confused. "He's been waiting for this don't give him false hope." Esme motioned for Alice to continue for what Edward was referring too.

"He gave her flowers, specifically roses, and they both looked happy," she chuckled and took ahold of Jasper's hand. "She's beautiful and head over heels for him."

Edward said nothing and the family we're starting to connect the dots.

"Man of course she's head over heels for him he's the finest doctor in this sad town!" Tony said breaking the silence. Everyone started laughing and smiling knowing he finally found his person. But the question began to lurk and the excitement died down. "Are we telling him?"
