"Oh, come on, she totally deserves it!"

Was the first thing Sarah heard as she reemerged into the kitchen after going down into the basement to get some garbage bags. Looking at the owner of the voice, she found Jessica talking to Sam, with Mike and Emily standing in the background watching them.

Unrolling a bag from the roll. "Who deserves what?"

"Nothing, Sarah!" smiled Jessica.

"Okay, that innocent smile means trouble," sighed Sarah as she began to pick up empty beer bottles and red Solo cups. "What are you doing?"

"They're going to pull a prank on Hannah!" explained Sam, rolling her eyes at Jessica.

Taking a Solo cup from Mike's extended hand, Sarah turned to look at Sam. "What? No, absolutely not! You know how sensitive she is!"

"Hey, I'm just looking out for my girl Em." shrugged Jessica as she begins to skip out of the room with the others following after her. "Hannah has been making mad moves on Mike."

"Just cause he's class president doesn't mean he belongs to everyone," added Emily. "Mike is my man!"

Mike glanced over at Sarah, who was trying to snatch the pen and paper out of Jessica's hand. "Hey, Em," he sighed, watching as Sarah and Jessica giggled as they began to half-heartly slap each others hands. "I'm not anyone's man."

"Hm, whatever you say, Darling!" laughed Emily, as Jessica began to doodle love hearts and smily happy faces over Sarah's hands after winning her pen back.

"I can't find them or Hannah!" groaned Sarah as she approached Sam who was coming down the third story steps. "I'm tired of this. I just wanted to clean up the mess, drag Josh to bed. And dump Chris on the sofa. Then go to sleep myself. How did we get elected super-nanny?"

"Hey, I can handle this," soothed Sam patting her on the shoulder. "Go, I got this."

"You sure?"

"Yes, now go!"

Walking back into the kitchen, Sarah picked up her discarded garbage bag. Walking over to the passed out Josh and Chris, she leaned down and gave Josh a peck on his cheek. Leaving a faint trace of lipstick on him.

"You really outdid yourself this time, Washington," she chuckled. "Good thing you're cute."

Slipping on her headphones, Sarah continued to walk around the kitchen and throwing the trash inside the bag. She continued this for however long, until Beth walked into the kitchen, in her hand was Jessica's letter that was made out to look to be written by Mike to Hannah.

"Josh!" Beth said loudly, shaking his shoulder.

"I wouldn't bother trying, Beth," sighed Sarah, slipping off her her headphones, and walking to the other side of the counter. She flicked Chris's ear. "He's out like a light. They both are..."

Beth rolled her eyes at Josh. "You really outdid yourself..."

"Sam tell you what those jerks are up to?" questioned Sarah noticing the paper in Beth's hand. "I swear they all have the maturity level of two-years-olds."

"Hannah is too naive," nodded Beth, as she threw a beer bottle into the open bag and cringe at the loud noise of glass hitting glass.

"Hm, true," agreed Sarah, wiper-sweeping trash into the bag. She paused for a moment. "Still, doesn't make it right to prank a girl because of her feelings for a guy."

"But it's Mike!" exclaimed Beth, throwing her hands into the air. "Mike is such a jerk and not talking about such a man-slut!"

Sarah laughed, agreeing. "He wasn't always so jerky. He actually was really sweet when he was younger,"

Sarah and Mike had knew each other since elementary school, having shared at least one class together or been in the same classes each year. They were somewhat close as children, but as they grew older, they began to grow distant when Mike became ambitious to be popular. While Sarah was contempt in keeping a low-profile and focusing on her grades. The two gradually grew away from each other, until their only interactions with each other were passing in the hallways and small greetings when they were in shared classes.

Raising a brow. "Mike? No way, what happen to him?"

"Middle school..." grumbled Sarah. "When we started, he decided he wanted to be apart of cool-popular cliché and did a whole 360 on his personality and became the Mike we all know and love today... Well, for some of us, at least... I still miss the Mike I knew."

"Oo, ouch, sorry," cringed Beth.

"Huh? Oh, its totally okay, Beth-hunny," laughed Sarah, waving her hand at her. "I mean, it turned out fine! I met your brother in second year of middle school, and that lead me to meeting you and Hannah!"

"Yeah, the best sister-in-laws you'll ever know!" cheered Beth, running over and hugging the older girl to her.

Sarah hugged her back just as tightly.

Beth didn't respond back, she squinted her eyes at the window that looked out into the tree-line. Something or someone ran past the window and into the woods, making her gasp in shock and fear.

"Oh, my God!" she cried, jumping out of Sarah arms and bumping the lower part of her back painfully into the kitchen counter.

"What?" questioned Sarah, spinning around to look out of the window. "What happen!"

"There's someone outside!" cried Beth, again she raced around the counter and tried to wake up Josh. "Josh! Josh, there's someone outside! C'mon, we need to go check it out!"

Josh began to grumble as he slowly began to wake up. Racing around the counter, Sarah steadied him before he fell.

"Go get Mike and Matt!" said Sarah. "I'll handle Josh."

Nodding, Beth left the kitchen and ran into the great hall of the lodge. "Guys!" she cried out. "There's someone outside!" But she stopped when she heard many feet running towards the front door. "What the hell?"

Following the sound of feet, Beth found Sam, Mike, Jess, Emily, Matt and Ashley already outside and looking into the dark. Confused she moved over to stand next to her best friend, Sam, she looked at the blonde in confusion. Had they see the mysterious figure too?

"Hannah!" Sam called out into the wind.

"What's going on?" asked Beth. "Was that my sister running out there?"

"It's fine," sighed Jess waving her hand before heading back into the warm lodge. "She just can't take a joke."

"It was just a prank, Han!" smiled Emily, as she spoke into the wind, hoping her voice would be carried off.

"What did you do!" demanded Beth, turning to face Emily.

"We were just messing around, Beth," said Mike. "It was nothing serious!"

"You jerks!" yelled Beth, sounding every bit like Sarah, which made Mike freeze and take a step back.

"Hannah!" Beth yelled running into the woods after her sister.

"So, should we go after them?" asked Mike to Sam as he looked back into the lodge, he spotted Sarah helping an awake but severely drunk Josh stumble towards them.

"You know, I think you're the last person she wants to see right now, Mike." sneered Sam, as she turned to Sarah and Josh. Chris was also awake and making his way outside, holding his head, that Sarah had hit. "Guys, Hannah had run--"
