Chapter 1

Her Pov

As usual, the sun's rays woke me up when they touched my face. I sigh in my sleep, ahhhh. And my alarm went off at the same time. And I wakeup at the final beep of my alarm. I looked at my phone to see what time it was, and my sleep vanished.

Once again I am late , and my best friend is going to kill me. I get up without giving it any thought, and because I had bad luck, I trip over my blanket and land on my face. Could today get any worse? I straightened up, changed into a new outfit, and hurried to the bathroom.

I try not to trip and descend the stairs as quickly as I can.And there, I witnessed the cutest thing: my 4-year-old baby nephew was attempting to climb up the chair. Breakfast was being served by the staff.I said goodbye to my family and headed to my preferred cafe.

My best friend Alizeh was glaring at me sitting in the cafe . Oh God not again . I quickly went towards her and started saying "sorry". There were no people except us in the whole cafe but that didn't make me shocked Cuz every time I came here I didn't find any people here ,the waiter here says the same thing that someone has booked this cafe for me which is creepy but Alizeh being herself convinced me every time to come here . But What I love the most is the food and pastries here .We settled ourselves and started munching on our food . Soon We both left the cafe and we headed to the spa and stores for shopping.

I bid bye to her and on the way back home a guy bumped into me and within a moment he was shot . I turned back and found his body laying on the ground and blood all over the road and beside stood Zain Ali with a gun in his hand and smirk on his face.

I shouldn't like him but there is something that attracted me towards him. His grey orbs found mine and I froze....
