The Last Friend

The Secrets Out

(A/N: So second semester finally started for my school so i might not be able to make regular updates)

--2 weeks--

Throughout the two weeks, David's life has been absolute hell. He has been getting harsher beatings and has gotten more beat up than either he or the girls had anticipated. During lunch, after a much more brutal session of getting pushed (beat up) around by the group, David stayed on the floor with many, MANY, bruises. After some time of him not getting up the girls walked over to his body and crouched beside him examining his beat-up body. "This...This is bad..." Chloe stated as if it wasn't obvious. "Nah... really? I definitely can't feel any pain in my body," David replied with a very loud sarcastic tone coming from him. Chloe frowned at him, "...Shut up...." 

"Fine," David started, "but can y'all help me up and get me to my next class please I can't feel any part of my body. Please?" David asked. Surprisingly Claire was able to pick up David and drop his body right next to his classroom door, as Chloe set his stuff next to him. "thanks." David said as he smiled at the twins. 

--Minor time skip to last block (4th period)--

The girls all had different classes as David for 4th period. the twins go to history, Gabs goes to math and D goes to science. During science, David was listening to some music.

(A/N: I am in school and I am indeed actually listening to this song. what can I say, it's a fucking banger.) 

While he is listening to music he gets his headphones snatched up by Fritz. "Haha, sucker," Fritz says in an insanely obvious over-confident tone. David then tries to grab his headphones back from Fritz's hands but fails and falls face-first to the floor. Fritz then puts on the headphones and listens to what D is listening to. "BRO, yo Davids an actual Geek. What the hell?" Fritz says aloud to the class who all start laughing at D who snatches his headphones back from Fritz and walks back to his desk with his headphones in hand. "How the actual FUCK, does Claire like you?" David muttered aloud under his breath, which Fritz surprisingly heard through all the laughter. "Wait... What? What did you just say D?" Fritz asked."N-nothing!" David quickly said as his body also stiffened up. "Nah. nah nah nah nah, Claire Martin, Likes me?" Fritz asked as an evil smirk started to form on his face. "N-no." David stuttered out. "Come on you can tell me the truth, right? we are friends after all." Fritz said as he put his around David's shoulder. "Get off me, you crazy idiot," David says as he pushes Fritz's arm off him and walks back to his desk.

--Minor time skip to after school--

Claire and Chloe were waiting for the other two but Fritz approached them. "Hey Claire can I talk to you in private?" Fritz asks with an over-confident tone. Claire looks back to see him and looks at him with a face of disgust. "Why?" Claire retorted. "It's something very important." 

"Fine," Claire said as she walked over to a secluded area from the school with Fritz following. Fritz then suddenly pins Claire to a wall a smirk on his face. "W-WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU D-DOING YOU FUCKING CREEP!?!?" Claire shouts as she pushes Fritz off her. "Oh come on, I heard you had a little crush on me. So you wanna go out?" Shawn asks confidently, cause Claire and Chloe are considered more of the prettier girls in the school. "GOD! EW! GROSS! UGH, WHO THE FUCK WOULD LIKE AN ACTUAL ASSHOLE LIKE YOU!?!?" Claire yelled with a disgusted tone and a disgusted expression in her voice. 'David, why would you say that? what did I do to you? Did I do something you didn't like? Why? why? WHY!?' Claire thought. Claire then ran to Chloe who was talking with David. And David turned to see Claire almost in tears. He then ran to her (or more like limped to her) and started to ask what was wrong when suddenly Claire pushed him to the ground and started kicking him in the gut and the ribs and punching his face. "WHY DID YOU TELL THEM!?!?" Claire shouted with tears rolling down her eyes, but David did nothing to stop her as he knew he deserved it. 

--Minor time skip to David's house--

When he finally walked (limped) home, there was a note on his front door addressed to him. it read as follows: "Dear little bastard, you've been kicked out don't come near here or near anyone in this family ever again. You're a fucking disappointment. A disgrace, if you will. So leave this premises. You are also disowned from now on." David sighed deeply after reading the note as if he had been holding his breath for a while. 'I guess this is it, no more point in being alive. heh, guess it's better than living in this shit show of a house.' David thought. He then walked off into an alley, far from the Martins, Far from home(eh, eh notice the reference guys? :) ), far from Gabriella's house. far from school. where nobody could find him this was his little secret spot if he ever needed space from the rest of the world he had made a little makeshift campsite in this dark alley that even in the daylight it was so dark nobody would go in there. And it was perfect for him and only him. And now it was his home and he didn't mind it. Not. One. Bit. he'd spent more time in the little makeshift home than rather his actual "home". He had no one left in his life anymore. When Gabi found out what happened, she yelled at him to never go around he and to leave her alone for the rest of her life. David knew if he messed up something like this would happen, and apparently, he was right. But now he knew, he knew it could become much, much worse.
