Chapter-1

Third person's POV

The piter-patter of rain on the glass window, the earthly scent and the crowded city. It feels so beautiful right!!.

The boy smiled watching the outside scenario, his mind diverted when he heard the bell indicating someone had entered, a man with a Prussian blue umbrella wearing a mask came fixing himself from the rain.

"Welcome sir, how may I help you." He asked with a small smile. He couldn't see his face properly because he was wearing a mask.

"Do you have 1Q84 by haruki murakami?"

He nodded and checked the system but didn't find any book." I am sorry, I think the stock is over but new stock will be coming after one week, if you want the book urgently I can advise you of a shop where you can get it." The boy on the counter suggests.

"No, it's not urgent I can wait." The other boy declined the offer. "Thank you, I should get going now." He thanked and got out with the umbrella in his hand.

"Weird." The boy whispered but shrugged and continued doing his work

"Porchay, plz check the new stock arrived today." The owner asked.

"Umm, okay." 

This is porchay a normal boy with a normal life but what different is? that he is an orphan and it doesn't lessen his will to live his life. he was adopted by Manami Hiragi his only guardian, when he was 10 and he who is always respectful towards her wants to repay the debt he owns from her.

He is a student of psychology and he loves reading books that's why he chose to work in a bookstore as a part-timer. 

Now back to the story.

After finishing his shift he took his leave and got back home. Chay enters the house feeling the warmth he smells the delicious scent coming from the kitchen. He smiles when his aunt comes" outside the kitchen with a sweet smile on her face.

"Welcome home sweetie, how was your first day at university?" She asked.

"Umm, it was good Auntie," Chay answered.

"Okay, glad to hear you should change your clothes and freshen up the food is ready and Emi is also here"

He nodded, got inside and greeted emi which she politely responded.

Chay's POV

I freshened up and changed my clothes, getting downstairs I saw Aunt Emi and Auntie. 

I got inside the dining room. "Good evening Auntie and Aunt Emi." I greeted them politely.

"C'mon take a seat and have your dinner," Auntie said and I took my seat. "Itadakimasu." I prayed before devouring the delicious dinner.

After a few minutes, Aunt emi spoke."Chay, how's your university?" 

"It's good, I always wanted to get into this university to study psychology 

"and did you make any friends?" She asked curiously.

And that's when it hit him, coz I am not good at socializing but my aunt wants me to make some friends. "No," I replied in a sad tone.

There was a brief moment of silence until emi broke it. " Aw, don't worry chay, it's not that important to immediately socialize with people's you can do it at your pace just take it easy okay, and don't forget this 'do you', hmm"

"Thanks, Aunt Emi." I thanked her at which she gave me a sweet smile.

"And even if you don't get any friends, you will still be my son," Auntie said and the word son made me freeze, I know Auntie thinks of me as her son and loves me dearly but I don't know how to reflect the same love she gave me.
