There was not a day that went by where Logan and Damian didn't send
a text or spoke of something, rather anything would do under the sky.
It meant more to speak about little matters to their special person than
to talk about serious issues of life with someone else even if one of them was occupied.
They began to know one another very
well, picking up on nuances of tone
even through a meager chat.
Damian kept his approaches enlightening and intriguing to interact with. He often surprised her by sending thoughtful messages.
Communication was second nature
to them, it felt like they were more
husband and wife than close friends.
Nothing was awkward to talk about;
as shy as Logan was she even told him
whenever she had her periods. It was something of a first time occurrence.
Little over a year drifted so quickly in a blink of an eye, they had separate New Years and Christmas celebratory experiences.
The Corona Virus was at its worst;
Logan was so skeptical of going out that it kept them apart from being in person with the person they began calling my love.
