Now that the child is fully healed, Aster came to visit the hospital one last time, carrying some fruits and vegetables he's just got from 2 stories down the block. At this point, the nurses and receptionists knew him well enough to know that Aster was visiting Room #CD1, and is only staying for 20 minutes.

'How are ya?' '...Oh, it's you. Hello.' Replied the child, the eye still grotesquely swerving in its socket. Aster was quite fed up with calling the child "you" and "my friend", and knew he had to be the one to start this conversation, so while he was putting the last of the usual strawberries on the side, he asked, 'I'm actually curious. What's your name?' The air was quite awkward for a while, but the child finally responded in an energetic voice: 'I'm Unity. Unity Joynes. Speaking of which, what's YOUR name?' 'Oh, me? Jarvis Aster. The lead scientist of a small island researching facility and the self-inserted visitor of S.C.P. #101. Somehow they gave me level 4 access to the Nuclear Vault.' Aster himself was surprised he let that much information slip out of his mouth, let alone little Unity here.

In an attempt to know more about Unity, Aster asked, once again: 'Why were you in the Cage in the first place?' Unity looked up, and the Eye was dead still likely glaring into his soul. 'I have committed unspeakable acts. Thief is quite common, and I tried stealing the fricking Big Boom Reactor. That's why, I presume.' 'Huh,' came Aster, 'So you're the "little rascal" they kept talking about—' and both of them heard a knock on the door. Aster went and checked who's outside and it was...Aaron?! Of course, he had to let him in, so he did, and still bewildered, stuttered, 'Wait wait wait wait wait. So you, knew you, all this time. Cool. Ok. I'm out then. Bye. Ay Unity, you'll probably be out soon by the way.' And Aster, out of embarrassment, fled the room.

Now that they were alone, Aaron started, 'Why did it mutate 2 days precisely? Anything in there that you detected?' 'No,' replied Unity, 'Only 80% Carbon Dioxide, 10% Carbon MONOXide, 8% oxygen, and... Wait. This ain't right.' 'Well what ain't?' 'C3H8SO3. I suppose that is Ethyl Methanesulfonate? says here it's 2% of the air in the cage. Didn't know they enhanced the concentration of that sh!t.' Said a sarcastic Unity, scoffing. While all this was happening, Aster had not actually left. He was still hiding, in plain sight. Ethyl Methanesulfonate. Huh, interesting. Aster can feel his brain working ferociously. Mutagen. That's why Unity's got that eye and the limbs decided to fall off. They were talking once more, so Aster had to listen closely. 'Why though?' 'To kill them with a reason, duh. Don't want many mutants here and there, do they?' '...So you're saying they've been trying for months?' '...' 'Alright, then. I'm out. Propping for Operation Excavation, you know?' Aster knew he would be in trouble if Aaron and Unity knew he was spying on them, so he ran as quickly as he can, and got out safely.

Aster then met up with Aaron, this time, in the Nuclear Vault. He's managed to get Aaron to give him access to the Room he previously didn't have the chance to see. It was...An otherwise blank room with some strings scattered across the floor and walls, with pictures of children pinned in a billboard. Above all of that was a sign, with the words "OPERATION EXCAVATION" embroidered on it. 'I can help,' said Aster acutely, with no actual reason behind it. Aaron turned around, 'Help what?' 'Uhh...This.' replied Aster, pointing awkwardly at the plan-out. 'I can help improve this and possibly take down Gaster. We can do it now. The full on invasion.'
