Hinata POV:

After a restless sleep, Hinata woke up ready to start figuring everything he could.

But first things first he needed breakfast.

He didn't trust the food at the motel and going to a public place like a restaurant probably wasn't the best idea.

He got out and realized it was still pretty early with the sun barely coming out. It was also hot. But then again his hero costume was designed to keep him warm in the air.

Thankfully he had seen a thrift store last night and was able to find it with no problem. Hinata woke up early for three reasons. One because the bed was uncomfortable, two because he was hungry and three out of habit.

Even with the war going on he still had to go to school, or in his case his hero academia.

His teacher had zero patience for tardiness and was really strict. She would always use her quirk to keep them all in check, with it being her multiple long red braids she uses to strangle us. He really, really missed Miss Hori or also known as her hero name, Red Whip.

He was going to use every single trick his sensei has taught him and he was going to get out of here.

The second he walked in the thrift store he got some weird stares from the workers. They were probably wondering why there was a kid there so early and what the heck he was wearing.

He did his best to avoid contact and not seem suspicious.

Hinata grabbed a handful of clothes, not really caring about their style, and went up to a worker.

"Hi, can you please tell me where the dressing rooms are?"

"Sure kid, just take a left towards that way and you'll get there." He said.

He gave his thanks and headed to a room. Hinata dropped his clothes in a big pile and got ready to try them on. He was about to take his shirt off when he froze.

This will be the first time he'll see his back and whatever was left of his wings. He closed his eyes and took a big breath taking off his shirt before he could talk himself out of it.

Sure enough his back had only three feathers stuck to it and he had no control over them.

He looked down at his feet, sure he had expected this but seeing it was completely different.

He quickly shook his head and made a brave face. He was a hero in training and he was going to become an amazing one and get out of this situation.

He bought a large amount of cheap clothes and headed back to the motel. There he changed into some sport shoes, black sport shorts and a red shirt.

He left once again but this time to look for food. He didn't need much, so a small convenience store will do.

He kept walking and getting hungrier by the minute until he stumbled upon a sign that read "Sakanoshita Market".

Perfect he thought as he walked in.

He was welcomed with the smell of cigarettes and saw a man with blonde hair sitting comfortably at the front desk with a book.

The man didn't even look his way as walked down the aisles, to which he didn't mind. Attention meant questions and he wasn't sure he was ready to come up with lies too early in the morning.

He grabbed a small basket and looked around for anything he might need. The first thing he grabbed was water, he hadn't realized how thirsty he was and chugged it down in seconds.
