he could feel the world around them stop. he felt butterflies go wild in his stomach, as his face heated up.
she said his name.
she talked to him (even if it was just one word).
she looked at him.
she was right here, in front of him.
and she smelt like the ocean.

just as lando was about to open his mouth to say something, anything, one of the mclaren members just had to come ruin it.
"lando. Zak's looking for you. says its urgent."
lando let out a sigh in frustration. yingyue tilted her head to the side, "seems you've to go, then. i'll see you tomorrow, maybe?" she smiles.
lando felt like he could collapse right then and there.
she just smiled at him.
just what had he done in his past life to get so lucky?
lando gave a small nod, "yeah... maybe..." his voice was shaky as he spoke. he turned around, and walked away with the biggest smile on his face.
