Chapter one

I hummed softly as I led my dog onto the train Easily ducking through crowds and greeting some older years
it had been a month since the accident with Andromeda we had gone shopping and Andy was happy with her two sisters Snape was still a professor and I didn't explain much as I had gotten many letters from people mainly my friends and my boss back in New York. I set Cassie on the chair and laid down for a little sleep As the train sets off
4 hours Later
I smile softly as I watch the first years file in i sat at the ravenclaw table Feeling a bit more welcomed then last year
i spot the eyes of snape and lockheart and smile at the first but sneered at the second.. I shake my head focusing on the new first years
i whisper out "peeves now" peeves drops the bombs on and the words: Gryffindor Hufflepuff Ravenclaw and Slytherin came out with them The meaning of Each house. Then the ghosts kept singing welcoming them to hogwarts
i smile feeling The energy relax as the first years smile at eachother.. then I don't eat anything as I watch the sorting I wrote things I have to approve this year
whch reminds me I need to see if I can do the gym tomorrow..
A hour later
I walked slowly behind the ravens Thinking
Then I slid off I need to go somewhere I can't think with this.. So I walk up to the astronomy tower and sat on the barrier my legs swinging back and fourth like a child.
I draw the sky then hummed as I sang

"Im sorry for the interruption at night professors I don't often sleep so I would usually come up to the highest place to sing. I'm sorry for waking u all" I say with a head bow
Mcgongall spoke "u did not wake us we were doing patrols.. How do u know that song the only one I saw singing that was..." I finished "Regulus black.. I know." I smiled softly at the memories "Minnie?" I asked gently and she said "yes miss Potter?' I hesitated "thank u for raising him."
She says "raising who?"
I smiled sadly then walked off not answering her questions
I walk down to the ravendorm and said the password as I enter I set myself up by the fire place and fall asleep my magic was protecting me
Next day 5 am
My alarm wakes me up and I hum getting up and going to the heiress dorms I walk in And have a shower and get changed before I do a hour of work for the business then make myself a coffee before I go outside and Walk to professor's mcgongall Office then change my mind and walk outside to the Quidditch pitch..
It should be big enough for me to do my laps so with a big breath I start warming up in a jog stretching my muscles before I sped up to a faster run I kept myself steady holding my speed back before I go full speed I cheered excitedly my speed faster before I slow to a walk to cool myself down after my 20 laps after lunch I would do some riding work with ivory Since I would be travelling during my Summer before 3rd Year to explore I check the time and chuckle seeing it was now 7 am so breakfast would be open so I walk to the great hall my hair tied back from the sweat and I clean my robes off entering the great hall I hummed softly not focused on anything so I sat down at the Raven table and whisper "Silk can I have my breakfast please?" the plate appears with salad eggs and A yoghurt I sat down and ate I grab my laptop and do some more work emailing my family in New York Before I emailed Bellatrix to check on them.. I sent them out closing my laptop and grabbing my book I set it up and then I read as I ate a bit more and look up as I see the others coming in I hastily move my book and laptop putting them in my bag a few ravens glare at me and I smile softly at draco and his friends..
I needed to talk to professor mcgongall..
So I walk over to the Gryffindor table my bag swung over my shoulder I tap Nevile on the shoulder "can you tell mcgongall to meet me at her classroom later?" he nods and smiled at me I kiss his head before moving away
I wink at the Slytherin and smirk as they blushed red
Before I walk out I kept my head down then as I exit I go to the tower again
Professor Minnie pov
I glanced up as I see Potter exiting after talking to nevile then I hear singing.. I glanced around nobody was singing which mean it was Potter. I stood up "students follow me quietly" I instructed the professors standing up with the students dumbledore said "Minerva what?"
"Shush albus. Come along" I say as we all walk in unison to the anstromy tower I hear the singing get louder
I usher the students faster wanting to see her singing again
Back to Evie!
"I use to be so happy but without u here I feel so low.. I watched as u left but I can't let u go. Once upon a time u were my everything. I'll never forget u.. U will always be by my side.. By the time I met u I'd love u still the day I died.

I smiled seeing a Lily on the fence.
"Still the day I die.." I whisper out
I start a new song "I don't know what u had in mind but here we stand on opposite sides.. Let's go to war! Let's go to war! Everything is burning.. Everything I feel.. Cut me down. Cut me down. Cut me down! Let's go to war!" I spun
"can't trust. Can't open up. LETS GO TO WAR!"
"Lets go to war.. Shush little baby make no sound its cold.. Let's go to war! Every silence was gone.. LETS GO TO WAR!"
"Screaming out. Cant trust can't open up. Let's go to war.."
I turn around sharply pointing my sword out as I pretend to fight with someone "still we felt safe.. Do we see? Do we Need to run? Every feeling in my bones tell me to tell u to LEAVE ME ALONE! Remember Everything we died for."
I hear a clap and spun sharply pointing my sword I lower it realising the whole student body was here..
Minnie spoke "another song?"
I raise a brow "What about classes?"
She chuckles softly n said "u are so much like ur mother.."
I hear another chuckle and spun around as I see Aphriodate.. She opens her arms
I hug her and she said "don't give up."
"No not me not even when no one believes.. We aren't going down that easily.." she disappears and I let a tear fall
A first year said "miss Potter?"
I bent down "yes Little one?" she asks shyly "can u sing a song about Hogwarts?"
"Of course little one.." I smile softly at nevile and his eyes softened and I begin "welcome to wonderland look where u at.. Castles and towers that can talk.. Welcome to wonderland we got it all potions and pastries that Make u grow tall! Look where u at., madness of hatters. Lovely white rabbits with clocks.. Dancing"
Neville sang "still the morning comes.. Everyone who leaves Has a heavy heart.."
"Ohh wonderland." draco joins "welcome to wonderland we will be ur guide. Holding ur hand over sunset skies. Let's go exploring or we can go for a walk? Where should we go"
"Theres a tea party down the world.. Dancing.. Through the dream.. Laughing" neviles sang "still morning comes."
"Everyone who leaves.. Has a heavy heart.. Wonderland we love., nothing around here is right as it seems. Not sure if anything is real" draco "don't let it leave.."
Neville "if this was a dream.." I pick the young one up "still the morning comes.. Now that we must leave.."
"Ohh wonderland.. We love.." the song trails and the first year claps excitedly and I put her down gently
In that moment Hogwarts forms the logo behind me and I turned and gasped..
Hogwarts spoke to all of us "Welcome Evageline Potter.. To the protectors.."
I cover my mouth in shock "Thank u lady Hogwarts.." I curstied and she spoke "keep ur heart Evageline because this isn't over.." I smile sadly "thank u lady Hogwarts."
I turned around as my robes change with a protector badge on Ronald said "Why does she get to be a protector?"
Hogwarts spoke "because she is the chosen one.. And she Is friendly." I smile softly and said "lady Hogwarts can we be transported to the great hall please?" with a flash we were in the hall
I smiled softly and Ronald yelled "HEY! Why IS SHE A PROTECTOR SHE IS JUST A BOOKWORM-" instantly I point my wand at him "I am the daughter of James Potter Granddaughter to Charlus Potter. U do not question why Hogwarts made me a protector!' I snapped
Hermione said "I agree with Ronald she doesn't deserve to be a protector she slacks off doing her homework and isn't worthy!" I rolled my eyes
Mind- I need to let loose
I start humming "early in the morning I still get nervous. Fighting my anxiety constantly.. Even when I know it's been forever I still feel the pain.."
"Hurts when we remember and we don't want to feel it again.." neviles sang sensing what I was doing
"I don't want to lose control.."  he hugs me and I Hug him
"Nothijg we can do anymore.. Trying everyday wrote my breath.. We don't want to lose control.. Sometimes I still think it's common but I know it's not.. Breathing in and out.." neviles said "But the air is smoke.. hurts when we remember.." "I wouldn't have made it without them holding my hand" a female sang and I turned and see... Lily
"MOM" I yelled jumping into her arms
She catches me and said "hello my little Doe.. I'm so proud of u.." I see thantos in the corner and smile at him
She turns to snape and said "stop blaming urself severus I forgave you a long time ago. Look after my daughter for me will u?." she turns to flitwick and said "Thank u for protecting me.." and then mcgongall she gently says "Thank u for raising Him.." she then turns to neviles and said "there's a surprise for u at Yule. Do not worry nothing bad.."
I let her go knowing it was time
She says "Keep it in ur heart." I finish it "Dont let it show.."
She smiled at me and said "we will rise again.. For now?"
"Protect ur own. Don't let it show.." she smiled and hugs me one last time.. Before turning to Thanos who now shows himself and he turns to me "do not worry she is safe."
"Thank u.." I whisper out and he nods they both fade into the shadows and draco holds me as I break down into his arms
"One day they will rise again.." he whispered to me I hug him tightly then thantos clears his throat and I turned in draco's arms.. I see my father..
"Dad!' I say rushing forward to him I hug him knowing he was a ghost.. I cried into his arms
He held me tightly and spoke "shh my little prongslett.. Don't worry everything will be ok.." I nod in his arms
Then I turn leaning against him as he says "Severus Can u pass on a message to Moony and Padfoot?"
Snape nods looking nervous..
I take the note gently and gave it to Snape and then he spoke again "Severus im sorry for the way the marauders treated u during our school years. Look after my daughter please." Snape nods his expression lighting
He spoke "Minnie thank u for the  7 years u put up with the marauders." mcgongall nods tearing up and he spoke again "flitwick thank u for the 7 years.. And protect my daughter will ya?" he nods at him and then he says "and Minnie? Thank u for raising us.. U were the mother Sirius never had."
He then turns to dumbles and said "I would say thank u but im not thankful for u. Stay away from my daughter or I will Forever haunt u!" I chuckled as the ghost faded I hummed
"Thank u" I whisper to thantos again as he left he nods at me
