Who is the villain?

Only a day had passed, but everyone already knew, that was exactly what Carlos was afraid of.

Carlos' phone never stopped, people from the team, friends and family, everyone wanted to know what was going on and wanted to see Charles.

It's annoying but Carlos can't stop anyone from seeing him, they're all just as scared as he was. But luckily the doctor forbade it, seeing so many people wouldn't do Charles any good.

Carlos doesn't want to leave the hospital, he knows there will be a lot of journalists and fans outside, but he has no choice. He could be with Charles as long as he wanted, but on the condition that he had to go to the hotel at least once a day to shower and change, the doctor was a bit obsessed with good hygiene.

But what about Charles? Carlos is about to leave, he is going to leave and leave him there. Charles doesn't like that, he won't be around for the first time in a while.

"Charles, I promise I'll be back in half an hour. I have to be clean so you don't get infected"

"No, I don't mind, stay"

"You won't be alone, Arthur and Lorenzo will be here in a moment, I'll leave when they're here"

"Carlos please" he started making puppy eyes and you could see that he was seriously afraid of being without Carlos. Whatever happened, he was sure that Carlos would protect him and that's why he stayed calm.

Handsome spaniel removed his oxygen mask for a small moment and kissed him "I love you... I would never leave you, I'll be right back I promise"

Charles melted and forgot everything at that moment.

Carlos gently put the mask back and their faces were only inches apart.

"Do you trust me?" said Carlos and Monegasque closed his eyes "Sì"

And suddenly the door opened and the Leclerc brothers entered. Carlos quickly pulled away from Charles' face but it was too late, both brothers saw it.

"Okay what was that?" asked Arthur who didn't know whether to laugh or push Carlos against the wall.

Carlos looked at Charles who looked surprised.

Arthur went to the bed and started saying something in French to Charles "Charles, ça va?"

"Oui" Charles assured him of something. Arthur asked him if he is alright.

The youngest brother looks up and looks murderously at Carlos "What did you do to him?"

Lorenzo came to him and grabbed his shoulder to calm him down, he looks like he wants to attack Carlos.

Carlos doesn't know what to say, he's afraid to say something "I..."

Charles grabs Arthur's hand "Brother... please calm down...we wanted to tell you"

"Tell what?"

"I... I love Carlos"

Carlos suddenly gathered the courage to not leave Charles alone in this "And I love Charles"

Arthur straightens and looks confused and surprised at the same time but Lorenzo gives a short laugh "Ha I knew it"

The youngest brother turned to the oldest brother and then back to Carlos "what? when did it start?"

"You know I've been watching Carlos for a few years now"

Carlos joined in "What? You didn't tell me, I thought I was the first"
