The VK's stood in front of Fairy Godmother, Rihanna still in her cheerleading uniform, Carlos holding Dude and the others wearing outfits that had been modified slightly to seem more Auradon.

"Children, excuse me. Um, as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep." She gestured to a large screen in front of them. "And because your parents can't be here due to, uh, distance, we've arranged for a special treat."

Their parents, minus RIhanna's of course, appeared on the screen, faces far closer than necessary.

Maleficent frowned, "I don't see anything, nor do I hear."

Maleficent struggled to turn on the screen from their end, "Is it... is it... is..."

"Press enter," Jafar tried, tapping the keyboard repeatedly.

They watched awkwardly as their parents struggled to use the technology, they exchanged looks fidgeting nervously.

"Evie, It's mommy. Oh! Look how beautiful." Grimhilde gushed over her daughter. "Oh, you know what they say, the poison apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

Maleficent scoffed. "Don't you mean the weeds?"

"Ooh!" Cruella pushed herself forward. "Who's the old bat?"

"This is the Fairy Godmother." Rihanna helped unknowingly directing their attention to her.

"What on earth are you wearing? You look like a rainbow threw up on you." Maleficent pursed her lips.

"As opposed to looking like an expired blackberry?" Rihanna looked her up and down. "I think I'll stick with this thanks."

Maleficent growled at her before directing her attention to the Fairy Godmother, "Still doing tricks with eggplants?"

Fairy Godmother was scandalised, "I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage."

"You really couldn't give Cinderella till one A.M.? I mean, really. What, the hamsters had to be back on their little wheels?"

Rihanna accidentally let a laugh slip out, causing Jay to cover her mouth, she didn't like Maleficent but even she had to admit, she was funny at times.

"They were mice! They were not... they were mice. They were not," She spluttered, trying to defend herself.

Mal stepped in, grasping her shoulder gently, "Thank you so much. Thank you."

"They were mice," Fairy Godmother finished.

"Yes they were," Rihanna mocked, which the fairy thankfully missed.

"Hi, Mum," Mal crossed her arms over her chest.

"Mal! I m-m-miss you." Maleficent struggled to say the affectionate words.

Jafar smiled, "You children are never far from our thoughts."

Maleficent continued in a sickeningly sweet voice that reminded Rihanna of Audrey, "How long must mommy wait to see you?"
